We highly recommend Concrete By Design!…read more I had to write a follow up review to acknowledge a great warrant and amazing service. Last September (2025), Concrete By Design installed the flooring in our courtyard, and we were extremely pleased with the results. Recently, a small portion of the surface separated from the concrete underneath. I reached out to the owner, Joe, and without hesitation he assured me that his team would come out and take care of it. True to his word, a crew arrived promptly and within a few visits the team completed the repair today. The finished result looks just as beautiful as it did the day it was originally installed. In today's world, finding a company that truly stands behind its work can be rare. Concrete By Design exemplifies professionalism, integrity, and outstanding customer service. Their commitment to customer satisfaction long after the job is completed speaks volumes about the quality of their company. If you're looking for a contractor who delivers exceptional workmanship and honors their promises, Concrete By Design is the best. Thank you, Joe and team, for standing behind your product and your work!

Chris was great to work with--professional, responsive, and very detail-oriented. He completed the entire project in just five days, and the results turned out even better than we expected. Our driveway looks brand new. The pricing was very fair for the quality of work, and he took the time to walk us through different color options so we could get the exact look we wanted. Communication was consistent throughout the process, which we really appreciated. One thing that really stood out was his willingness to help us navigate our HOA approval. He was open to working with them on the style and made that process much easier. He also left everything clean and tidy at the end of the job, which says a lot. On top of that, he offers a guarantee on his work, which gave us added confidence. Overall, a smooth, professional experience with great results. I would definitely recommend CMS Concrete to anyone looking to upgrade or restore their concrete.

As a retired Project Director of capital projects for the power and process inductries and a retired P.E., I wrote up what I wanted to achieve for this project and got 4 quotes for the work. Geneva Builder's was by far the most complete quote. Brandon, the owner, was very professional, knowledgeable and quick to respond to my questions. As a matter of fact, he usually anticipated my questions a few days before I needed to ask them. The work went through without a hitch, on budget and ahead of the schedule I wanted. The quality of the work was very good, better than I expected - and I expected a lot. Overall, I feel I got more than I paid for. I'll summarize my Geneva Builder's experience by saying that if I'd had more subcontractor's with Geneva Builder's professionalism, quality of work and attention to detail, my old job as a project director would have been a lot easier. After my recent experience contracting with Geneva Builder, using them for my upcoming home improvement projects is a no-brainer. Why would I look anywhere else? One last point: While I always want to pay less, I feel that Brandon's price was fair and very competitive relative to the other quotes I received, and as mentioned above, I feel I got more than I paid for.
