I cannot in good conscience recommend Tri Supply to anyone for any reason. Our experience with them…read morewas an absolute nightmare from start to finish, and it's astounding to me that a company can function with this level of incompetence and carelessness. We purchased a $1,300 custom back door from Tri Supply because our home was brand new, and the builder had already used Tri Supply for the existing doors. They had all the specifications and exact measurements, so this should have been a simple transaction. We met with Catherine, who placed the order for us since we wanted to replace our full-length glass back door with one that could accommodate a dog door. The first door arrived a few weeks later. After taking apart our original door, removing all the hardware, and preparing to install the new one, we discovered it was a foot too short. A glaring but forgivable mistake. Catherine apologized, admitted the error, and assured us she would fix it. The incorrect door was picked up the next day, and we waited another week and a half for the replacement. When it arrived, it looked correct, so we once again went through the painstaking process of removing and reinstalling hardware on a nine-foot solid door--only to discover that this one was 3/16 of an inch too wide, making it impossible to fit. Handling and rehanging a massive, heavy door like that is no small task, and the level of frustration we felt cannot be overstated. I am a disabled veteran with back issues so this was a tall order, quite literally. We reached out to Catherine again, stayed polite and patient, and asked for someone to come measure the door properly. Instead, we were told to measure it ourselves, which we reluctantly did. Tri Supply then instructed us to leave the door on our front porch for pickup. It sat there for five days before they finally retrieved it, despite multiple calls from us. Another week and a half passed before the next door arrived. By this point, we were beyond exhausted with the ordeal. This door finally seemed to fit--but it was damaged. It had scratches, scrapes, scuffs, and even footprints on it, as if it had been dragged across concrete and treated with complete disregard. This was the final insult in a process defined by delays, negligence, and incompetence. While the door eventually fit, the entire experience was an infuriating lesson in how a company can fail its customers at every step. Tri Supply demonstrated a shocking lack of professionalism, accountability, and care for both their products and their customers. If you value your time, your money, or your sanity, avoid this company at all costs. Only consider them if you have no other options and are prepared for weeks of frustration, repeated mistakes, and careless handling of your property.

Went there because of the good reviews, but regret the decision. Many thousands of dollars went into fixing up what they delivered. On the service side, Mollie is the point person for them in Austin when it comes to doors. I had read poor reviews about her and unfortunately I can only concur. Would not do business there again.

Cody and Jaylen came out to service my water heater this year, and again, I just really love the team. They are prompt, super professional and just the most friendly guys you will meet. Brandon added an enclosure to my water heater earlier this year, to help prevent any freezing issues we may have in the winter. He was great, and made sure the work site was left perfect and went above and beyond to make it all look tidy post-install. Even though Ive never met Jenna in person, she is just a delight to deal with, always gets me on the schedule promptly, and always gets me the answers I need, which is super helpful, because I am out of state. I recommend thwm to everyone, and I was lucky to have found such a reliable company to help me with all my plumbing needs. Thank you!!

I do not recommend this company as they avoided my attempts to get a quote for service after I paid…read morethem for the overpriced initial visit that was said to be free by the receptionist. My texts went unanswered for over a week and my calls kept getting forwarded to voicemail. Once I stated I would put a review online I got an immediate response that they are not interested in working on my project that the receptionist was confident about them fixing during the initial phone conversation. This is not acceptable and if you are not confident in doing a job this should have been said during the initial overpriced site visit. Thank you.

I keep seeing the commercials about how they are always with you during construction. THAT NOT…read moreTRUE!!!! I couldn't even get the temple tx manager when I made the biggest mistake of my life to contact me about the installation. A lot of money for what is the worst workmanship. 3 years old and falling apart. Look as if it is 20 years old. Material used is really not hold up. DO NOT USE!!!!!

I will start by saying that we contacted this company through Lowes. We wanted a simple bathtub…read moreinstallation; Lowes could not do bathrooms, so Re-Bath was their private contractor. Everything started getting fishy just after we received the seller in our house. He was pushing for additional materials that we did not need. The scam began when the seller said we could apply for a Lowes Advantage credit card. We did and got a credit limit of $4650. Unfortunately, this amount was not going to cover the total amount of the service, which was $8700 with a $1000 discount (veteran). The seller said Lowes does this and later approves the other amount when they finish the service. So we had to pay half up-front and the remainder after finishing the bathtub. The job started in January with a worker that spent more than on the phone or in smoke breaks than working; it took two days to complete the plumbing and another two days to get the city inspection. Once done with the inspection, they messed up a wall and took another month to fix it. They constantly apologized for the inconvenience and never offered any discounts or a reduced price for their mistakes. After they had settled everything, they started to bombard my phone with payment reminders, even before resolving the wall mistake. Lowes did this as well. The worker that finished the job even pooped and urinated in our toilet and left without even flushing it. A disgusting last image was left from the company. Finally, when I asked about the rest of the credit increase, both Lowes and Re-Bath started passing the bud. Re-Bath told me to talk to Lowes, and then Lowes told me to speak to Synchrony. Then Re-Bath said that I needed the total amount in credit before starting the project. Something that the seller swears we did not need at first. So, we had to pay $4300 at once. If we had known this, we had not have taken the job. The seller just wanted to make the sale. It is horrible to think one can trick a family with two kids and sleep well at night. This company is a scam, and their service is not worth the amount of money they charge. Incredibly I cannot sue them because the whole Lowes will increase your limit; they do it consistently, which is not in the contract. They want to sell and take advantage of families. I am frustrated, and I demand we get the $4300 back we had to pay at the end due to bad service, lack of professionalism, and scam behavior.

Using this opportunity, I decided to install an exterior ventilation system with the new microwave. Called several contractors. A few did not answer their phones or returned the calls. On the job day, he showed up not one minute late. He answered every text and calls. He also addressed any questions or concerns I had. The microwave and ventilation system was installed flawlessly. My sister in law recently contracted MasseyPros to remove and replace…read moreher outdated kitchen Cabinetry. Having remodeled a couple kitchens in the past, she requested that I visit to give her assurance that the work would be performed properly. I was immediately impressed with the well branded professional looking service vehicles and Scott and assistant Brandon's professional work attire. Face masks were worn showing concern for everyone's safety during these Covid19 times. It didn't take long for Murphy to strike. Once the old cabinets were removed, it was discovered that the previous poor installation had scabbed mix and match wallcoverings and shims with poor cabinetry support. Even the original wall studding wasn't on proper 16' centers. What was needed for proper installation of the new cabinetry was the removal of all old substandard patch-work wall coverings and replacement with 1/2" drywall. Numerous other electrical outlets required relocation or placement due to the remodel, so now was the perfect time to strip the walls and replace 7 sheets of drywall. Scott asked if I would care to do that and he would return later, or that he and Brandon would be able to perform that task. We chose to have Scott place the drywall to expedite the completion of the job. After watching Scott and Brandon's work ethic and carpentry skills, I shortly realized that I wasn't need as an overseer. It was very obvious that they took great pride in their work and didn't rush through it like I've seen so many other contractors do in the past. My sister in law and myself are extremely pleased on how the remodeled kitchen turned out. Thanks, Scott and Brandon, for being such a "Class Act!". Jack Brooks
