He is kind, patient, and knowledgeable, and I feel completely confident that he has my best interests in mind at all times. On top of that, after my last visit the turnaround time for getting my test results was incredible - he reached out to me in less than 24 hours! My only complaint about this access location is that it can be hard to get an appointment because they're often booked up way in advance. Apparently this is because they're supposed to have three doctors working there full time but right now they only have two. This is obviously not my doctor's fault but hopefully they can get a new doctor working there soon, and hopefully that doctor is as good as Dr. Creary!

The receptionist gave me a disposable water cup to pee into and told me to bring it to her when I was done. I embarrassingly came out of the bathroom holding the cup. This was not a professional container which has a lid and is labeled that it's a bodily fluid. It was literally a disposable water cup. The receptionist had me put the cup of pee on the reception desk and she put a UTI strip to test it. Then she had me take the cup of pee to the bathroom to dispose of it. The receptionist told me I did have a UTI. She led me to an exam room and told me to undress and put on a robe. This was my first UTI ever so I was completely unaware of the procedure and what it entails to get treated. I do as I was told. Then the doctor comes in to tell me that I do have a UTI. He proceeded to have my lay on the table and gave me an exam down there. He gave me a fucking pap smear... I did NOT ask for one or consent for one. I was so hot with anger when everything was done. I was embarrassed and ashamed. I should have said something then and there but I didn't because I wasn"t sure what was happening at the time. I plan on reporting this doctor. He is unethical and took advantage of the situation. Maybe he wanted to make more money off me and claim it to my insurance. I'm not sure. Do NOT go here. This is a zoo of a facility. Unprofessional and unethical.

My brother is a patient of Yvette Kimble. We have been trying for weeks to get him a new hospital…read morebed. The MSW from the home health agency, my brother, the DME company, and now myself have been trying to get this settled. We collectively have not gotten a call or any results from Ms. Kimble or anyone at the clinic. The customer service representatives have been most helpful but this is unethical, irresponsible, and negligent. My brother is wheelchair bound and if the hospital bed isn't working properly he can't transfer which mean he is at higher risk of falls or even worse he will sleep in his wheelchair which makes him a higher risk for skin break down. Update I want to thank Maria in Patient/Guest experience. She help facilitate a resolution. I have confirmed the DME company has the prescription for the new bed. It is unfortunate that it had to be escalated to her.
