I know I will be back if the need appears and most definitely shout from the top of the mountain or 74 bridge, they are 10 stars great! Repeat customer I will most assuredly will be!

She never even examined me. No palpating, no range of motion and no orthopedic tests. She claimed I probably tore my rotator cuff and said she would order an MRI. As she walked out I asked about something for pain and she said no she wouldn't do that. Three days later I got into my family Dr. and was given pain medication as I hadn't slept and was in excruciating pain. It took Darmafall a week to get the MRi scheduled and it was a month out. Really? We have a multitude of MRIs in this area!! A couple days later I did a walk into ORAs walk in clinic. Was given a thorough exam, X-rays and scheduled for MRI in one week. MRI showed multiple complete tears of rotator cuff and multiple bad tears of the labrum. Had surgery two weeks later at ORA. It was so bad they could not do any repairs. I am now looking at a reverse shoulder replacement!! I'm still on pain meds due to the pain. I'm a retired physician and must say I wouldn't waste my time with Dr Darmafall. She wasted my time with poor care and no concern for my pain!! I give her an F-!! Update. It's been eight months since injury. Finally got a reverse shoulder up in Iowa City. Dr. J. Galvin. Awesome surgeon. Final tally was massive complete tears of the supraspinatus and infraspinatus with 100% retraction. Shredded subscapulaus. Torn biceps. Capsule gone. Four large tears in the labrum. And finally multiple rib fractures. Way to go Dr Darmafall. And you said you'd give me no pain medication!! Really?? Piss poor care!! Beware! Go to a real surgeon!!

"not very welcoming" was the quote my best friend said this morning. They say "urgent care," but then act like they won't see you unless you have an appointment and that you should wait, no matter how long, or how much pain you are in to see your "assigned provider" who works in a different office many miles away. All my friend wanted was some sort of shot or something to take his pain away so he can feed his livestock. I heard both the receptionist and the nurse admonish a 77 year old former Reagan era AIDS nurse like a child for being in pain and simply going to a place that said "Urgent Care" on the sign to get Urgent care.

My wife required a plate and screws to repair her ankle. The staff at Aspen, Colorado, was amazing and did everything they could to ensure her care would be taken care of when we got home. We asked our surgeon to make arrangements for ORA to do the follow-up care. Big mistake. We went to our appointment at their Moline office, and the nurse for Dr. Collazo took us back and told us to sit down, and they would take her cast off. It had only been a week, and her cast was supposed to stay on for 2 weeks. We told the nurse that she was wrong, and she looked at us like we had three eyeballs. When she went to the doctor, he wanted to take X-rays. All of this was in our records that were forwarded to their office. Then she asked, "Have you already had surgery?" Obviously, none of the staff had looked at the records that were sent to their office. Totally unprofessional and a huge mistake requesting my wife's care there. We will never go back.

I called one morning and the staff scheduled me for an appointment that afternoon. Dr. Moreno was compassionate and very informative. He explained everything along the way and answered all my questions. I was pleasantly surprised with the different techniques and treatments that were offered. The ART and K-laser treatments were really effective. So effective, my high school athlete (son) now sees Dr. Moreno regularly.

She had a moment of failure that led me to a great deal of pain. Thank you for the mystery Pam....you could have just told me...hey, i screwed up...literally.... She also cut the top of my foot (2-3inches)....the area between the metartsals.....i have quite a scar visible in all my sandals....she did not inform me before the surgery that i would have this unsightly scar.... i cannot recommend Pam Davis unless you like hidden surprises. i recently got a 2nd opinion on her work from a surgeon in California....he questionned the length of the incision....5 inches down the side of my foot.....he said his incisions are half that long......he also questionned why there was an incision on the top of my foot.......

Do NOT ever express your heartfelt feelings of how you may possibly be afraid to have a surgery done, or have more questions to her. This woman doesn't have time for it. You are questioning her, HUGE MISTAKE. She has that "God mentality being a surgeon." I faced a lasting lifetime decision and wanted to make sure I was doing the right thing. WRONG with her, she treated me like I was cuckoo. She has ZERO compassion as she showed it that day. I thank God I didn't have her do the surgery. I was told the truth by a world class surgeon in another city, NOT to have the surgery, as my pain would never go away. Bittersweet yes, but I want the truth, and all she did was sugarcoat it. I am also glad I didn't have it done, as I read the other review of her on here, I feel bad for that woman who did have hers. I wish more people knew about Yelp, we are simply telling our own truthful experience.
