This shop makes you want to be fabulous - I swear even if you were a twenty ton heifer who looks like the back end of a bus and is a firearm enthusiast - you would feel girly and giggly in here. It's NOT cheap, and its got every pretty thing you could imagine, the clothes and accessories are lovely. I've yet to actually purchase anything in here because for one - the clothes don't fit me (story of my life!) and two, I can't justify the money. If you have a credit card that you don't mind splurging on - pop in here to give it a good work out in girly gorgeous glamorous heaven.

I'm very disappointed by treatment received by this high-end boutuque. I visited the shop to return…read morefor exchange unsuitable items but it had already closed up (an hour early based on the closing hours posted in the window) and its now refuse to accept items for exchange. I am not even looking for a refund even though I have my full receipt. I feel this is poor service and mistreatment. I've also had to follow up directly and seem to only get excuses -so far, I have been told that: 1 the hours visible in their window were incorrect; 2 I couldn't have been at the shop at the time I claim as it clashes with the customer advisor's own recollection (I fear they are unable/unwilling to tell the truth); 3 exchanges had to be rejected because of the work their accountant has been undertaking-that in and of itself is a concerning excuse to give any customer; and 4 my call hadn't been return because a customer advisor had been off work. So disappointed in the treatment received and what appears to be an inflexible application of a policy around Christmas returns-Christmas presents had to be dealt with by 31 Dec and I found the shop closed early on that day leaving me high and dry. I have attempted to have this dealt with by the shop directly with a visit, follow up calls and two separate emails (neither of which they have had the courtesy to reply to) and wish to advise others of my experience.

I have the bog-standard beige seamless knickers for under the dress. But that can't be my wedding night stuff though, can it? NO, of course not - it has to be corsets, suspenders and the like... This boutique in Newtownards offers quite a nice range of bridal underwear for the big day - although mostly whites and creams and quite small sizes on display. The lady working there was very friendly and advised me to start looking now and that if I saw anything I liked she would see me on a Thursday night for a private fitting and that she can order any size in. Some of the corsets were very expensive, one corset alone was £149.00 - wow! The lady saw the look on my face and continued to explain that this was a French set and special. She then pulled out the cheaper, but just as beautiful, set for me to look at. I liked it all but I was just browsing. I will make an appointment and try on a few sets soon. I find all 'fittings' humiliating but the lady seems nice and I guess it has to be done. Wish me luck and no peeking.

Roxbury and McQueen is the only Lingerie shop I have been in that really feels exclusive. The underwear is all displayed beautifully and the girl who works there is so helpful. I had a look at the bridal basques and bras and the like but they are way over my price range. She does have little frilly satin knickers for sale which can have anything you want stitched on the bum - They take a few weeks and cost £69.00 with Mrs whatever or £59 if it's 'just married' on the bottom. I might splash out on these. The shop also sells really cool tights with designs and print on them, I have never seen these around Belfast before and will be sure to be telling my cool mate who would love them. I really liked my experience in this shop and I wish I could afford some of the lovely bits, don't get me wrong they are not extortionate by any means just over my budget. If you are looking for nice friendly service, a lovely boutique feeling and a gorgeous underwear set then go here.

I recently took a…read morefaulty makeup brush to Debenhams without a receipt and this was replaced with no questions asked - altho I think this was due to the person who served me - a different sales assistant may not have been as helpful. I have also been to visit Debenhams a few times recently as they seem to have the best euro rate at the moment. If you exchange over a certain amount of euros you get a £5 off voucher to use that day - excludes beauty and fragrance.

Yes you can go to the lovely benefit girls and get your crows, plucked shaped and waxed! Then have your make up re done by the same lovely girls right after! How great an idea is this! I thought it was great and was absolutely heartbroken I had only that morning attacked my own with the tweezers, i will certainly be coming here in a weeks time! Very cool!

However, as SD Kells is a well-known family brand, I felt inclined even to go in and take a look. The suits are terrific in that you know if you buy one, you will (a) look good and (b) will save it for only the most special occasion. As the SD Kells at home is famed for selling school uniforms, it was nice for me to go into a grown-up SD Kells which doesn't have my horrible blazer advertised in the window. Although the clothes in this shop are very nice, (even the casual things are really good which for a dressy shop is quite surprising) but they are really pricey and at £200 a suit, it is not the sort of place you would go to to get suits for work. It is really expensive. If you are looking for a particularly nice suit, this should be the first stop on your journey. You are bound to find something to "suit" you (I apologise)

Noticed a sports jacket in the window on sale for 90 pounds. Inside there were at least eight more…read moreof the same, all clearly marked 90 pounds. The clerk knew this was the case, but argued the jacket was really 100 pounds. Highly problematic.
