The one thing I wish that Walmart would carry is a type of formula from the UK. I have to travel to another store to get this item, but that's ok. The other thing I will mention quick about Walmart is that the employees up in the front seem to do alot of standing around. The last time I was there I spotted 5 in the self chekout area doing absolutely nothing. Wouldn't it be great if they could open cashier checkout line especially when all of the self check lines are full? Horrible customer service. I was at the "express lane" with two items, and was behind someone with…read morelots of confusing issues that had to be sorted out. Fine, it happens. However, one of the employees involved in sorting out the issue finally came out from behind the register and took the five customers behind me to register 2, leaving me behind! Of course, the issue in front of me dragged on for another 5-10 minutes. After that was resolved, the cashier disappeared for another 5 minutes. When she returned, I asked why didn't the other employee take me to register 2 with the other customers. I had been first in line. Her response? "Oh it's fine. It's okay, don't worry about it." in a singsong passive aggressive tone, and then repeated that two more times. Seriously?? How about a simple "so sorry you had to wait". That's really all that's needed in most cases. Management needs to train staff. When opening a new register, you don't take the last customers in line first. Go to the front of the line and take the customers who have been waiting the longest. In fact, managers in any retail establishment should be cognizant of that and train their employees accordingly.

Luckily, I had just returned home from a trip when our tank ran out of propane. It was a Saturday morning and the house was 48 degrees that morning when I got up. I assumed it must have been a furnace issue since I am on the monitored delivery. But I went outside and checked the tank anyway and it was empty. I called Edwards and they got someone out here several hours later and filled me up. The driver said there was a small drop in pressure and I told him I smelled propane by one of the fireplace regulators outside. He did his leak test and found nothing. I was told he would have to shut tank off until leak was found and I said that was fine, but he then told me when he was talking to someone at the office that it would be a charge of $185.00 to have a tech come out and find the leak. I have several electric heaters I was going to use but I talked to my wife and decided that we would be fine with paying the $185.00 so we didn't have to wait until Monday and have to mess with the electric heaters. No problem. Well, a few weeks later I received a bill for $4. I then called the office and spoke with one rude customer service woman who told me there was nothing that could be done about adjusting the bill. I asked to speak with a manager and she told me "So-and-so is not here" and that "He doesn't just sit at his desk all day". I just got off the phone and he told me he could lower the bill to $260.00, which is just as unacceptable, but I told him to charge me that so I can be done with this company. Customer service SUCKS!
