This restaurant by far was the most delicious I ate at during my time in Catania. Dishes were flavorful and inventive while still keeping true to a modern Sicilian taste. We especially loved the blackened soft boiled egg with peas and Parmesan foam. We initially ordered one for the table and enjoyed it so much we added a second order immediately. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable. We had a vegan with us and they created a thoughtful and tasty dish (risotto) to accommodate her. The sommelier knew his wine and guided us to some wonderful picks. He really tried to match our stated tastes rather than upselling as many do.
