First time going to a salon so i thought i would go somewhere that offered good services. Firslty,…read moremy hair style had not been properly discussed to the hair stylist who was going to be doing my hair. Secondly, I was about to have it cut and blow dried after it being 'toned' and i couldnt see the slightest difference. That would be a lot of money spent on something i could not justify. After some discussion they did my hair an overall purple colour which yes i am happy with and it does look good. The manager was lovely and spoke to me about possibilities and how it would look which helped. My main issue is that i was charged for a cut and blow dry and i had not even an inch cut off of my hair, let alone layers which i even sprecified that i would like. My hair looks near enough the same as it did before yet i was charged £58 for it. I feel that there was a lack of communication on my behalf and the staff i dont blame them at all for the confusion with the colour change etc Lastly when i went in for my consultation i was told it would be under £130 if that. When i got to the till i was charged £145. Its only £15 i understand but you cant come into a salon being told how much you will be charged and the being over charged. I feel i could have done as good a job by popping to superdrug and buying a box of dye myself. Over all i didnt have a very good experience in GREYS as i felt more like an inconvenience and i cannot justify the price. I will not be returning.

Everything I wanted for my colour (which was not easy because I needed a several tones) was discussed and taken on board. I walked out feeling valued as a customer and as a person. I couldn't believe what Tina produced on my flimsy yellow hair and at such a good price.I'll never go anywhere other than to Tina now. Big thanks xxx

Apart from the normal hairdresser services offered they also specialise in a range of health, beauty and 'wellness' treatments and therapies. My wife reckons they are excellent and gift vouchers for this place (available by visiting in person) are always welcome by her at birthday and Christmas time. They do a range of different massages which sound ace. The girls there are friendly and knowledgeable. We also take our children there for their haircuts and theye are very calming and patinet with them especially useful for us as one of our boys used to be terrified of having his hair cut - they manage to put him at his ease
