One time I fell on a concrete storefront and told him about it, he checked out my hands and said you didn't fall you passed out, if you would of fell you would have scratches on your palms. He said call your Dr when you get home. With that he excused himself and came back telling me l have an appointment with Dr. C. He also diagnosed my thyroid cancer Dr. Ghawji saved my life 2 times. My wife and I consider him a Living Angel.

They are all really good. I have called several times for a prescription refill and never get a call-back nor refill. Whenever I call back, she is argumentative and insulting. I have encountered this three times over the years and I have come to the conclusion that I am DONE. At this time I will be moving on to another endocrinologist. I will truly miss Dr Ghawji. There is none like him but I cant take the stupidity the office lady dishes.

My new insurance hardly covered services needed -including critical medicines I need for survival! Angie & the team at E247 worked with the Pharma companies to get me a supply of free meds. They also offer discount labs for self-pay. It's not as big as some other places in town & their lab results are not instant (including A1C). But they got my numbers back in the right direction! Everyone is very kind, attentive and helpful. I only spoke with Dr. Ogwa on my first visit; however, Tiara Richmond is a delight & took wonderful care of me, Ms. Shanta is AMAZING -she gets my labs (always on the 1st try) & PAIN FREE and Angie is a true superhero behind-the-scenes working to get me the best care. The appointment times are just a suggestion for the doctors, not the patients who are held to a time frame. I was there at the Collierville location and waited for 30 minutes in a small waiting room with at least 1 person coughing. There were about 6 people ahead of me and I had a 9:45 appointment. I rescheduled after waiting 30 minutes. Unacceptable today. Giving it another chance next month before I move on to another doctors office. After this next appointment, I may be revising stars up or down. I scheduled the first appointment for the day. Live and learn.
