Unfortunately (or highly conveniently), they were out of the generic CVS branded product and all they had was the more expensive name brand. He noticed I was dazed and confused and approached me to see if I needed help. I guess it was pretty obvious cause he laterally took the list and my phone and told me to grab a basket and meet him in aisle whatever. He even had me text my wife for clarification a few times. I can honestly say not a single prescription here has been filled properly, on time or without a long delay (days) waiting for it to be rectified. Today I attempted to pick up a prescription that I filled two days ago on the automated phone refill option. My prescription was verified and I was told it would be ready today. When I arrived at the pharmacy, AGAIN, my prescription was not ready and could not be found and I was told it expired ( which it hasn't). I reiterated to the technician that it was approved for refill and I was told it would be ready today on the automated refill telephone line. The technician informed me that "using the automated line" is why my prescription was not filled. Someone PLEASE explain to me why a business has an automated line if they don't manage it properly. This place is truly a MESS. I seriously CANNOT recommend this disorganized wreck of a pharmacy.

Good amount of parking too and easy to access from both St Clair and McNaughton. Full service pharmacy, and a premium cosmetics counter. Lots of food options too. Friendly Staff too! There are some products (like organic ones), that Rexall carries that are great. Stop in and browse around -- it's worth a visit!

Also they were unable to fill 90 day prescriptions for me. They did suggest that I call my insurance, so I did. I found that there were four other close pharmacies that would fill 90 day prescriptions for me and this will save me a lot of money. For example, my insurance company told me that a 30 supply of one of my meds would cost me $15/30 days at CVS, which would be $45/90 days. If I go to Rite Aid, Kroger, or another local pharmacy I could get a 90 day refill and it would only cost me $30/90 day prescription.

As for the staff, the pharmacist are nice. But the cashiers are very, very rude. They're not very helpful and if you dare go there even an hour before closing they're very pushy. If management happens to read these comments, you should really consider hiring a new staff. I literally go to self check out just so I don't have to deal with them.
