James helped us with the graphic for our photo strip and was the attendant the day of. They are very responsive via email as I emailed multiple times. Turn around time was less than an hour. FPP was able to work within our budget. The quality of the service and the pictures were top notch and not compromised. James arrived 30 mins before the party started and got everything up and running. They had their own props for us to use and we even made our own by printing pictures and putting them on wooden dowels. Tip: some print outs may not show up well on camera. Try taking your own pictures with flash to make sure they show up in the photo booth. And you should definitely make your own so it's more personalized! We made big faces of my neice. It was so cute!! Their equipment are actually pretty small and compact, so you don't even need a lot of space for their photo booth. We put it in our foyer and it was perfect. We also have access to our pictures online so we can download them and print them on our own. I love that before James left, he gave us a USB loaded with all of the pictures on it. He was also very accommodating when people wanted to get one final picture in even though we ran over our time booked. The photo booth was a huge hit and everyone loved it! I have been to a lot of weddings and parties, and I have seen a LOT of photo booths. I always have…read morea blast with them and love the photos, but I think most can agree the concept could use a little updating or something a little more exciting. I recently had my company holiday party at the Boston Park Plaza, and they had hired the Snappboxx to come in and do the group photo area. Once I did it once, I was so obsessed with the concept and the convenience I went back for more multiple times! They had a table full of great props like you'd usually find, but they have done an amazing job incorporating new technology to make each photo unique. First, you get to choose your background! We had a casino themed party so there were great background options to go with the theme on an easy to use little screen. Second, you can fit a few or a bunch of people in front of the green screen to start your shoot, each group gets three photos taken. Third, once it's all set and done comes the COOLEST part, you get to choose if you want 3 photos on a sheet together OR as a GIF(a moving image using all three photos)! I got them sent to my phone, but I was still able to get the GIF later when our company released the photos. The pictures were also printed, but I loved that I had them in my phone so I didn't have to worry about losing the printed copy. The person in charge was easy to work with and super helpful. I can imagine it was overwhelming with 1,000 people bombarding it from start to finish but it was very well managed. We had so much fun looking through everybody's photos and gifs in the office a few days later.

There was a steady stream of party goers eager to get their candid photos taken to document a fun night with friends and colleagues. And with their flat rate pricing, I was able to encourage people to use the photo booth as much as they wanted without worrying about extra fees. Not that they needed any encouragement the booth was slammed all night and till this day it's still a topic of conversation from the party attendees. The booth was top notch. Comfortable for two and with the privacy of the lush black curtains, I felt like a kid at the boardwalk arcade snapping a few timeless memories. This isn't your grandfather's photo booth though. Sure it prints out 2 photo strips within seconds of your pose, but it comes complete with large a color LCD display, video recording capabilities, email, and even the ability to post photos directly to facebook! This booth is first class. The booth alone was worth every penny, but what made the whole process a joy was the jovial owners of the company. From the very beginning of the transaction they were a joy to work with. They accommodated my schedule and needs, showed up early and left once the party had cleared out; even though they could have left earlier per our contract. Thankfully he honored the bridal show pricing for us and we booked right away. The process of setting up our screens was smooth and simple. We chose colors and backgrounds all online, received proofs for approval, and that was that! I didn't consider the timing of my ceremony when I confirmed setup time so they arrived right as my bridal party was about to walk, which changed the location they were to set up in. My fault not theirs!! Definitely check your schedule so you don't pull an oopsie like me. However, it worked out perfectly because they ended up setting up in the lobby of the hotel next to our cocktail room. Our guests could access easily and hotel guests not at our wedding got to watch us all have a great time! I loved having the props, our custom neon sign, backdrop and image backgrounds. It was fun taking photos with everyone and people really enjoyed having the photo booth! We loved having the magnetized frames and being able to print. I received all the digitals as well. I booked him right away and then via the website, I was able to select the background I wanted, plus the frame for the photo strips and the screen theme for the interface. There were a ton of choices and everything was super customizable! Kyle arrived early, got all set up, and then helped us decorate the rest of the space! He was a super nice guy, very accommodating to make sure I had everything I needed, and he had even got a couple extra props just for the occasion! You could also make gifs and boomerangs and even AI enhancements. And I got all the photos digitally for easy sharing. My friends loved the booth, with several of them taking his card for future possible bookings. 10 out of 10, would totally hire Oh Snap again in the future!
