It's not maintained like it was a few years ago when it was managed by the prior owner. It's sad because it used to be a great show facility.

It suffers from major issues including but not limited to: over-bureaucratization, facility and staff who are full of themselves, millennial nihilism, and a complete lack of concern for quality, efficacy, and efficiency. I cannot condemn this university enough. I have had a terrible experience here the past 4 years I've been here. It would be tolerable if it wasn't located in one of the most hic-riddled town in Texas.
