There is lots of helpful information at the reception desk. Business cards and brochures on other medically involved issues that they can help treat, including mental disorders( in house psychiatric office) All insurance seems to be accepted, even state and government aid. My nurse and doctor will ask questions to really get to the root of any concern, and from the looks of it, they are not truly out to feed the pharmacies unless it needs to happen. That helps me build a huge amount of trust in their approach. There are posters and information on nutrient deficiency and treatment options. If you have not yet heard on treatment via nutrient therapy.. do some research. Totally worth it. Parking is ample, but you will miss the entrance if you blink! Find "newks" restaurant. The medical building is BEHIND that one. There should be a small almost invisible sign between two entrance ways. If you passed Best Buy, you've gone way too far. Think small drive way that belongs in small neighborhood lol.

I signed up to this program late August 2019, due to some fatigue issues. I will be honest, I was…read moreskeptical at first because I've had the run around with health care for over a year and I figured what else do I have to lose. I got a call from a representative who spent 45 minutes on the phone with me to answer all of my questions. Once I signed up to the program and downloaded the app to communicate with my physicians, I immediately got a first appointment in the same week. Upon arrival, I was greeted at the door by Dr. Goyal and in the same room I met Dr.Dhukka who were BOTH in the room with me. I listed my concerns, and they came up with a treatment plan for me. Not only did I have options for treatment, they went out of their way to find which pharmacy had the best costs for me prescription wise. A few weeks later, my routine lab work (covered by their program) came back, I asked if I could do a few other tests and found out I had another underlying ailment. We had a long talk when I came back into the office about it, and it wasn't about the diagnoses but they genuinely cared about how I felt about the diagnoses. I was then referred to a specialist by Dr.Goyal, and what I appreciate about this referral is that it wasn't just someone he knew, but he also kept my budget in mind. Also, before the referral, Dr.Goyal went out of his way to get opinions on my bloodwork by other specialists he knew. That's how we got such a quick understanding about what was going on with me. In 1.5 months, we've managed to figure out why I was feeling so fatigue. Ways I can improve it and my options with treatment. I cannot recommend this enough. It's hard to explain but think of it like a gym membership for your healthcare needs. So many basic things are included, you don't have to worry about wait time, if you need to see them, they are almost always available or you can reach out to them through the app. This is direct doctor to patient healthcare and it's the best thing in my opinion . These folks are awesome and I hope more places will follow in their footsteps!

He is everything one could desire in a primary care physician. His availability allows for e-mail or text of a medical need, to which he responds, clarifies, and proceeds with sending prescription order or whatever is appropriate. Dr. Becker is actively and directly familiar with medical specialists and their competencies---not merely looking them up in a directory or online. He diagnosed my prostate cancer in 2003, and guided my choice of one of the most competent urologists in the Houston area. That same urologist treated the urologically related elements of my wife's cancer, and, in turn, directed her to one of the most competent gynecological oncologists in Houston. Dr. Becker has also served as primary care physician for one of my sisters and her husband, treating significant complexities with total satisfaction. In the last two months of my wife's life, Dr. Becker and HIS wife visited my wife during her final hospitalization, and thereafter they visited her twice in our home---not for medical treatment, but rather because they cared.

First, she was NOT friendly. I was taken aback instantly by how she answered the phone. She was very short, curt, and abrupt through our very brief conversation. Then, I realized she is only an answering service, and if I wanted to schedule an appointment, I would have to wait 6 days until someone else returned to the office to call me to get my information (and who knows how long I'd have to wait to be seen after that). If the first person I spoke to is any indicator on how the rest of my experience will go, I will easily move on and find someone else.

This was one of the two places my doctor performs colonoscopies. I chose this location because of…read moreits proximity to Memorial Hermann Memorial Hospital, in case something went wrong. Hey, I'm a realist & things happen beyond our control so the clinic being a part of the hospital was a big plus to me. We arrived at my appointed time. The front desk ladies were awesome & checkin was easy. We were shown to a waiting room & surprisingly my name was called a very short while later. I was shown to my private bed & the admitting nurse went through all the paperwork with me, I changed into a very fashionable gown & she popped in the IV (she was a good stick, the IV was in on the first try & did not leave a bruise!). After another short wait, H gave me a kiss & I was on my way. I was wheeled into the room where the procedure wad top take place. There were a few people there, all busy seeing things up. They greeted me warmly. This is when I decided to close my eyes because I did not want to see the tools & whatnot they were laying out. The next thing I knew I was waking up & H was holding my hand. I was told the prep was the worst part of a colonoscopy & it's true. Whatever drug they used worked wonders without leaving me woozy & unsteady. I felt good enough to go out for breakfast. It's like nothing happened. Easy peasy. The staff at this clinic are phenomenal. The nurses are the best & they are all angels! Caring & empathetic, these women & gentlemen were top notch. For something I was not looking forward to & worried about, it turned out to be a very nice experience.

Absolutely spectacular set of buildings, glowing blue and white and silver in the night. One of the true glorious architectural wonders of the Houston area. Three stars for the hospital itself but 5 stars for the beautiful structure, and many of the reputable and admirable clinics and services located within. We've dealt with probably 70 different offices among the hundreds that are located here, and are happy to say we have friends in many of them. Very impressive indeed. Same can be said about Medical Center just south of downtown as well.

I spent an hour and a half yesterday trying to speak with someone to understand why the refills haven't been sent back. I was told ok, let me check and call you back. NO CALL BACK, no refills. Down to my last dose of a maintenance medication for potential life-threatening condition. Call pharmacy today, "no sir, we don't have the authorization from your doctor". Spent 2 hours on phone trying to speak with someone. I finally received a call saying "you haven't had your follow up appointment so we can't refill your prescription". Mind you, I have been on the same meds with the same dosage FOR YEARS. Second, my recent follow up appointment was canceled by the Dr office! Then the next appointment was during hurricane and canceled! Meanwhile, the pharmacy sent the request TWO WEEKS ago, no contact from the Dr office whatsoever stating there was any kind of issue! I was told they would send over a temporary supply only if I scheduled an appointment right that second. This office is horrible to deal, no patient focus whatsoever. Will hold your HEALTH HOSTAGE to make sure they get their appointment $$. You are JUST A DOLLAR SIGN here! STAY AWAY! I will be finding a new doctor in short order!
