It takes about 20 minutes to get from the front gate back to the arena. They have very limited selection of food/drinks for this event. The rodeo is very entertaining and we had a great time. The acoustics and sound for the concert portion is terrible. The music sounds muffled. I think this year was worse than last year. They definitely need to work on the sound for future concerts here.

I've been to plenty of games at The Shoe, but none here to see the University of Kentucky. The most significant difference is the size comparison with Rhe Shoe at 102k vs Kroger Field at 61k. We had plenty of space to move around at Kroger Field, and the crowd was really into the game. Tailgating wasn't an issue; we didn't see much of it. Food prices were typical for a stadium. Parking wasn't an issue, as there were plenty of open spaces on the street.

To watch games from and (hint: you can bring your own beer in a plastic cup) which makes it a extra plus even though tickets to the game aren't that expensive and parking is free as well. There will be a new baseball stadium in 2018 that will be amazing and I can't wait to see the improvements. I just hope they keep the food the same because the ballpark food menu is great! This is a small venue, I am guessing 1500 t0 2000 folk meaning not a bad seat in the house. We were on the third row in some it was a great evening. Seats are comfortable and enough leg room for others to pass across you. Concession stand was easily accessed and prices were reasonable. It is very family friendly due to the size. I would suggest parking in the garage a bit further south on Floyd street past the arena as there is very limited street parking in the area. Easy to get in and out. But beware, ONLY PLASTIC BAGS are allowed to be carried in. So if you don't want to walk back to the car be sure and leave your purse or have the clear plastic bag for your purse items. GO CARDS.

The bulls look pretty calm ... until they strap up their "gear" and stick some crazy cowboy on their back for a wild ride. Fun event. Reminds me of the atmosphere at the stockyards in Ft Worth.
