As usual Roger was an amazing resource and patient with our numerous design and material changes which required additional meetings. He is very responsive to correspondence which I have found to be a challenge in Miami with many businesses. Installation was a breeze. They installed the entire unit in two days and were very meticulous about the smallest details, and cleaned any trash they made. He even threw in a couple of upgrades that he thought would make the unit better. Do not hesitate to use this company!

You see, most people would stop there. The thing is, Avanti also brings to the table the good old handshake promise of craftsmanship as well as commitment to a job where the client is happy. From the promised timing of the job to my ability to call them back to adjust our drawers years later, they are always there. The always pick up and the craftsmanship is nothing short of amazing. That to me is a testament of a great company that stand behind their work.

The most unprofessional thing I have ever seen. My guess is this was because we called the business at 9pm. Apparently this was a deal breaker. I have contacted contractors up to 9pm before. Everyone knows 10pm is the cutoff time in polite society. If you don't know that, you should go watch "Curb Your Enthusiasm". In any event, the professional thing to do would have been to let us know that they would not like to work with us. Instead they block our number. Who does that!? If you want to waste your time, get started with these people. They will just disappoint you in the end. Unprofessional-ism is inexcusable. EDIT: Very sorry to hear about your loss. That is always tough. Beyond that, I stand by my honest review. You were not professional and my review accurately depicted the series of events. Regarding your assessment of my overall yelp reviews, that is simply false. Anyone can clock my profile and see i have a wide ranging review portfolio and leave honest details, good and bad. Jose looked at the issue and figured that the original installation used expanding foam while installing the marble, and it pushed the marble up. When Jose was unmounting the sink and faucet, he saw that the valves were glued to the copper pipe. The sink cabinet's bottom was barely holding up. Sergio fixed the marble and matched the missing pieces with Epoxy resin. Jose cut the valves and rebuilt them properly. He also built a new bottom with proper supports. Their initial estimate was great. They did not ask much more even though they uncovered more issues. They did an excellent job, and I am extremely happy with their work. You can hit your hardwood floor or marble counter with a pickaxe, and I am convinced that Sergio can make it seamless for you with his artistic skills. I highly recommend them.
