First, I thought I would put in a tub but that required permitting and the owner did not want to do that. So I eventually paid to return the tub I ordered and only needed a vanity put in and shower doors hung which I had purchased from Home Depot (along with the vanity and bathtub) with my tenants when I was visiting Miami. He asked my tenants to pay for a light to go over mirror and painting the vanity wall which he never completed, or barely started. Turns out my tenants had incredible water leaking out of the shower doors as he had hung them the wrong way (inside out or outside in). When I spoked to him he denied that they were hung wrong and said he would come back and use caulking because the track to the shower doors was uneven and that was the problem. My tenants also told me that he went to the bathroom and left the door open while the wife was working right in the apartment all day. Turns out I had to pay another person to reverse the shower doors and there was no leakage whatsoever and no uneven track. As I said, he bought pain but barely started painting the wall where the vanity was. He never came back and both me and my tenants called several times. He also wanted a photo of me and kept asking when I would come back to Miami so he could see me. I would in no way ever hire this man or this company. It has been almost a year until I could write this because I have had major health issues and enormous amounts of work that were a priority but am doing so now. I wrote a review on his site and he replied that my tenants called him racist slurs (they are very progressive and I know that is not true) as the excuse as to why he did not finish job. Sorry that I don't have photos but I wasn't there in person. I have been ripped off by workers so often in Miami Beach and am just starting to speak up when I need to. I would give less than one star. Buyer beware!!!

I bid them on their way and hire another company for their opinion. That plumber arrives, does an in depth analysis using actual tools and a camera down the drain.
