The steak meat was cooked according to your preference, they individually asked us first! We tried the unlimited steak & ribs with sides and we could only handle one serving due to the large portions! The sides came in different varieties. The mashed potatoes were delicious, consistency and flavor was excellent! The other sides were excellent as well and I really enjoyed the baked mac/lasaña. They were so generous to give us free pitchers of iced tea! Wow! Our guests were so impressed also of the experience. They said it might turn into a good habit! We were simply asking for assistance so we could dine comfortably, but instead, we were told to eat outside and were even suggested to go to other restaurants. This was unexpected and honestly quite disheartening. On top of that, the food itself did not meet our expectations. The steak was still bloody and not cooked to a proper medium rare--it was extremely chewy and difficult to eat. Additionally, the food was already cold when it was served, which made the overall experience even worse. Overall, what should have been an enjoyable first visit turned into a very unpleasant one due to both poor service and subpar food quality.
