The steak meat was cooked according to your preference, they individually asked us first! We tried the unlimited steak & ribs with sides and we could only handle one serving due to the large portions! The sides came in different varieties. The mashed potatoes were delicious, consistency and flavor was excellent! The other sides were excellent as well and I really enjoyed the baked mac/lasaña. The steak was still bloody and not cooked to a proper medium rare--it was extremely chewy and difficult to eat. Additionally, the food was already cold when it was served, which made the overall experience even worse. Overall, what should have been an enjoyable first visit turned into a very unpleasant one due to both poor service and subpar food quality.
