Our weight was checked, and we waited for our turn. Hi, This was my…read morefirst time using a car service to drive my car long distance. You Fly, We Drive did a wonderful job and I would definitely use them again. Luke, the owner, was easy to communicate with, answered all my questions, and was flexible to transport dates. The car was picked up as promised and delivered on the date promised. I had called several companies and looked at car transport options and You Fly, We Drive was the best option for me. Fair prices, safe and straight communications. I highly recommend them and I will use them again for any future car transport needs. April 2, 2021 Alison M.

I was skeptical of hiring a company which provided a private driver to transport my daughter's car…read moreback from college on the West Coast because we had always used an auto transport company with an open carrier in the past. However, the car was left in the garage at her college since mid-March (because she had to evacuate her campus within 48 hours due to COVID.) We expected to be able to pick up the car in May during her graduation weekend but obviously, that didn't happen. We had the keys to the car at our home and the car was in SoCal so I decided to investigate the possibility of hiring a private driver to bring the car back to us in the Midwest. After doing much research and talking directly to Luke, we decided to hire You Fly We Drive and I am certainly glad we did! Luke is upfront with a estimate about all costs and details which I liked. He picked up and delivered the car on time. When he retrieved the car from LA, he thoroughly checked out the car, (ie. washed it, checked all the tires and fluids.) He texted his progress everyday when he stopped for the night. He cleaned it again before he returned the car to us. We were very pleased with our experience and will definitely use this service again in the future.

There is a very load bar across the street, but the music is good and it does not bother us. I could see how would certainly bother others as it does go on late. Many improvements could be made to have a nice rv park here adding. Last comment. They do not assign spots or take requests. Get assigned spot upon checkin. Some people like bar band, others do not. Some want to be by beach access, others do not. Let people pick. We will not stay again unless can specify spot. There are decent spots and really bad spots. He was so helpful with retrieving luggage, immediately taking us to the van parked out front of the airport, loading the luggage so it would be safe for passengers in the car. Berk was also very patient with us as we had to install a car seat for our baby girl. It was late when our flight arrived and we had not eaten (not realizing that Panama City Beach airport is a smaller airport so restaurants close a bit earlier). Berk was so patient and kind in a natural way...he offered to stop somewhere so we could pick up some food to go. Talk about going Above and Beyond!!! I was very worried about a young girl traveling alone for the first time and especially about her safety back and forth to the airport. Well this review can not give a review on the quality or cleanliness of the car because I was not the one in the car. I was the worried father that probably drove Trei(? The call owner I believe) nuts. She arrived at ECP and Beth greeted her at baggage claims promptly and easily identifiable. I was very relieved knowing that she had been met and was on her way to the hotel. Was was remarkable, after she was dropped off at the hotel, my daughter received a phone call from the driver Beth that she had found $90 in the back seat and asked if she had lost it. My daughter checked her secret stash to find it missing. Beth was able to return it to my daughter. Thank you Beth for being so honest!!! God saw that and it's like money in the bank! Well fast forward a couple days. My daughters trip turned sour when the group just didn't get along. I ended up changing my daughters flight and called Amore who bent over backwards to get back to my daughter and bring her to the airport. Spring break is very busy but Trei was able to get it fine for me... Thank you very much Amore for the personalized and very honest service!!! A forever grateful father !!!

However, the ride from the beach across town for the ceremony and back again was so miserably hot the wedding party were feeling so sick from absolutely no AC. The driver said it would cool down but it was as if there was HOT air coming from vents for both rides. The champagne glasses for the warm champagne were actually hot to the touch. This was their silver stretch 500 and looked to be very aged on the inside, which I assume explained the AC issue. I emailed Trey and thanked him for the service but felt he needed to know about the AC so other wedding parties in Florida heat would not have to endure the ride....... absolutely no response from Amore. I didn't even ask for any type of refund, just thought a business that works a lot off of referrals should know. Not responding to a customer is like saying, "I got paid and that's all I care about."
