If you do not read this whole review, here is two key things to know about this place:…read more 1. KEEP YOUR PERSONAL AND BANKING INFORMATION SAFE. 2. MAKE SURE YOU STAND UP FOR YOURSELF. The affordability of these mattresses are great with the 50% discount added to them (this is based off of the 3 mattresses we were shown). We went in and were basically rushed and forced through the whole process. We couldn't even properly discuss how the two of us felt about a mattress without the salesman needing to put his every opinion in and have no value to what we were saying. It was hard to even look at different mattresses due to how aggressive he was being and we felt like it wasn't even an option to look around the store. As soon as we said we liked the 3rd mattress he showed us, he brought us over to their desk in the middle of the store. We made it apparent that we wanted to run our credit, see where we stood with financing before we made the final decision that it would work for us (like at a car dealership). We explained to him from the start that we have a lot to consider since we are moving, expecting to have a baby soon and other expenses to consider before jumping so quickly into another loan. He started taking our basic information down on the computer. Then when it came time to give Phil our SS number and banking number, he pulled his mask down to practically announce it for everyone to hear in the store and back room. I'm pretty sure with sensitive information such as YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER AND BANKING INFO that you would lower your voice while repeating it. Since he had to verify it, he read them aloud TWICE. Now we are at the point where we could see how much we were approved for, and how many months we could finance it. BUT HE COULD NOT TELL US THE INTEREST RATE BEFORE CLOSING THE DEAL. You have to pay the $40 for processing, sign the papers and then you'll get an email from the 3rd party company stating the rest of the info (which apparently includes the interest rate). We weren't going to sign or go through with anything if we didn't know what the interest rate would be beforehand. That's perfectly normal, right??? Well Phil wasn't having it. He immediately threw his hands up, scoffed at us and said, "Why did we even start this process in the first place then??". Well maybe because he didn't take into consideration what we were saying and just wanted to make an easy sale with minimum effort (close to no effort at all). He did nothing to give us any further or relative information about our ONLY concern. The price aspect wasn't even an issue at all, but he then continued with, "Is this not good enough for you?". At this point we just wanted to get out. How simple would it have been to let us walk around for 5 more minutes and talk about certain aspects before anything more? From walking into the store to being brought over to the desk, it was all insanely rushed, he basically guilt tripped us, and took advantage of us all in less than 10 minutes. We had to bite our tongues when he made a sad last attempt to (and I quote) "make customers out of us" by offering the cheapest mattress they had. If that was his way of saying we were poor, he obviously has a major problem with reading his customers and giving somewhat decent service. He just laughed and mocked us for being responsible and covering our grounds. He then looked at the computer and said, "Well it now looks like you're probably not going to get approved for anything in the next year anyways". EXCUSE ME? So what he was trying to tell us was that by taking down our personal info and bank info it affects our credit... HOW?? It's sad that he even went as far as to threaten us into trying to leave with a mattress. Sorry we weren't going to sign anything without knowing what the interest rate would be. It could be all well and great then you get screwed by that. We just couldn't take the risk without receiving the proper information. We finally said no to his last offer and he acted like he didn't know how to cancel all the information he put into the computer. We sat there in silence because we didn't even know what to say at this point. He took both of our cards he had and slammed each of them, one after the other on the desk in front of us. Then said a sarcastic goodbye and we bolted out as fast as we could. We got to the car and called our bank ASAP. To let them know everything that had just happened. PLEASE ASK FOR ANYBODY BUT PHIL. YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO SAY "NO" AND TO TAKE YOUR TIME. DON'T BE AFRAID TO WALK AWAY OR SPEAK UP. DO NOT LET THIS MAN PRESSURE OR BELITTLE YOU INTO A SALE. UPDATE:-notice the reply he left; I feel the need to report on experiences that are INSANELY threatening and negative. I give credit where it is due even in horrible situations (as you can see in the review I left). So childish for an old man trying to make easy sales by belittling people who don't want to end up like him... oops-

AVOID THIS STORE NO MATTER WHAT…read more I had been working with Tanner since late December and finally placed an order early January. I had to jump through hoops to get them to price match even though they say the price match. I was even told the pricing I quoted was incorrect even after providing links, screenshots and call reference # to the other store I was trying to price match. Early this week I received a call from Tanner who told me my delivery would be 12 to 2 for today's date. I took off 4 hours vacation to ensure I was home by 12 and to allow for set up if they arrived at 2. When I got home from work shortly before 12, I listened to my phone messages and the delivery team had been here at 10. I called the store immediately and spoke to Don who said they could send the team back out and apologized for the mix-up. I then logged in to check personal emails and seen an email from the store saying they were charging me $75 for a missed delivery so being confused since I was told 12 to 2, I called back and spoke with Tanner who was very argumentative and said he told me 10 - 2. If he had told me 10 -2, I would have taken vacation from work starting at 9:30 rather than 11:30. I explained to him I heard 12 to 2 and he told me I was lying. While my order was $3770, the $75 missed delivery fee was not considerable, but it was the fact that I wasted vacation time and would have to wait again for another delivery because I was told 12-2. He was argumentative and rude saying I was going to pay for the merchandise whether I received it or not. I contacted the finance department who advised me they would not charge me for merchandise I didn't receive. Price match and get your furniture elsewhere.

I ordered one online and then was told it would be delayed by over a week. That was not going to work. I googled the set and found that Las Vegas Furniture Online also sold the set. I reached out to them and spoke with Adam, who was beyond fabulous! He was able to accommodate my needs and timeframe and ensured that I was able to pick it up within a day of ordering it. He even sent me all of the box dimensions so I was certain that it would fit in the rental truck. Once the item was in, Tanner called and assured me that they would be there when I needed them so I could pick it up. Tanner was also amazing at following up any time I called with any questions. Which really saved me time. Their delivery crew was going to be on vacation the day I needed to pick it up, which is why I did not have it delivered. However, that was not a problem for me as long as I was able to get it on time. When I arrived to pick it up, Adam and another gentleman loaded everything for me and went above and beyond to explain everything in detail about the assembly. I couldn't have been more happy with their customer service and attention to detail. Once we received the set and began putting it all together, we noticed a small chip in the wood on the front of the dresser. Which is just par for the course when you are getting furniture shipped, sometimes things happen. I contacted them immediately and spoke with Tanner, who was extremely courteous and helpful and made the process seemless to have the dresser swapped out. It took a couple of weeks to get the new dresser in, but Tanner has kept me posted all along the way. Once the new dresser is in, Tanner assured me that they would swap it out at no additional charge and that they would even look at the bed frame for me to ensure we assembled everything correctly. I personally am extremely happy with them and will definitely do business with them again. I have nothing negative to say at all. Thank you Adam and Tanner- you are greatly appreciated for your superior customer service and timely responses.
