I was told DIVA DOG and Brittney was very familiar with the dog. I called as soon as they opened & although they were absolutely Donnie said to bring her in & under the circumstances they would absolutely take care of her. I should mention that this is not the first time this has happened. This dog is use to being in the house with her human momma and nobody else. That being said Donnie & Brittney have a calming effect and she was just fine. They clean her up and she is a new dog. You can tell she feels so much prouder and she likes the way she looks. I don't personally have a dog but if I did DIVA DOG would be the place I would bring them to get groomed Thank goodness Walker has a wonderful business like DIVA DOG and wonderful people like Donnie & Brittney.

This guy and this company have excuse after excuse as to why they can never show up or do what they…read moresay they're going to do. I highly recommend you checking out their legitimate one-star reviews on google, because that's going to tell you everything you need to know. Check his Facebook page as well with photo evidence from recent customers who can prove you ripped them off, and has never paid back the money. Not only are they unreliable, they are scam artists who now started asking for deposits from unsuspecting victims who are dumb enough to pay them in advance. There is a police report on them in Baton rouge, and to my knowledge denham springs as well. Do not trust these people with your money and especially your pets. They will rip you off and at the very least stand you up for days at a time, always with the same excuse about his phone being lost. I don't think I've ever seen a guy in my life who loses his phone or misplaces it or it gets stolen as many times as this dude. At least his lies are consistent, because several other people have also reported him using the same excuse years ago. He has fake reviews from his friends, some of them he wrote himself, which is very obvious. Every time somebody gives him a truthful review on his scamming, he makes up fake accounts and goes give himself a five-star review. Avoid at all costs!

The day of my appointment, I drove there to let them know I didn't feel well. I offered to pay since there was not enough time for her to reschedule. I did want them to meet my dog, Nugget. Nugget is a rescue from the flood. He'd be dead had it not been for my wife. He is a roller and I tried to clip him myself and failed miserably. Madison, one of the groomers, took him away and bathed and clipped him. I guess her patience and understanding won him over. While waiting, there were some loud claps of thunder, and the immediate response was to take action with a dog that was afraid of thunder. They really care for our pets. When she brought him back out to me, I could not believe he was my Nugget. He looked so.... handsome. I'll never take my dog to anyone else. I was impressed and very thankful for them.

There have been a couple of times that my dogs' food wasn't on the shelf, and the employees were always willing to help me try to find it. Unfortunately, both times the computer said it was in stock, but it was no where to be found. At least they searched for it, other places don't look beyond what is on the shelf. They seem to have corrected this issue because I've had no problem finding it the last few months. The prices for dog food are high compared to discount stores, but at least I get food that doesn't make my dogs sick. It also helps that I usually get coupons on my receipt that I can use on the food next time, but sometimes the coupons are just for grooming services, that I don't use. (Not using their grooming services has nothing to do with Petsmart. I just can't see paying someone to bathe and brush a boxer. It's simple enough to do on my own.) The last time I was there an employee came right up to me after a minute of me staring at the supplements to see if I needed help. She asked a few questions and seemed very knowledgeable. She helped me find something that at least seems to be giving my 11 year old boxer some relief from his arthritis pain since his food for dogs with arthritis alone wasn't helping much and I really can't swing the cost of prescription meds from the vet. She also filled me in on somethings I already knew like the fact that an 11 year old boxer and a 10 year old boxer is shocking and the facts to be prepared for since I have a little girl that loves them so much.

I wish I could leave a zero rating. I took my dog to be groomed at the PetSmart on Juban, and I was…read morespecific about what I wanted him to look like. She tried to get me to go low and I told her no and that I did not want to see his paws. "I want him fluffy like the poodle on the picture." His regular groomer was not available so I took a chance and had PetSmart groom him. I take really good care of my dog and bring him to get groomed often, not to mention brush, bath, and comb him at home. So it puzzled me as to why she told me he was severely matted. That was clearly a lie when I can run a comb through him at home. There is no way. When they brought him out, I was at a loss for words. He was shaved bare and they nicked his balls. He looked like a burnt poodle. I was so mad I could cuss. To top it off I smelled no shampoo and he had matter in his eyes I had to remove with flea comb when I got home. Just waiting for my dog's hair to grow back and my blood to stop boiling. 80+ dollars gone due to lazy groomers who couldn't give me the courtesy of calling me to tell me he was severely matted if that was the case, which I know it wasn't.
