Amazing esperience. The pet groomer was great, she treated my dog with love, and the cut was beautifully. Would recommend.

I can't say enough amazing things about Good Dog Boutique in Rancho Cucamonga! They have been an…read moreabsolute lifesaver for me--not only helping with two puppy litters, but also consistently taking incredible care of all three of my Goldendoodles through their grooming services. The owner and the store clerk, Nick, are both extremely knowledgeable and genuinely care about what they do. Every time I walk in, I feel supported, informed, and taken care of. Their customer service is truly exceptional. What really sets them apart is their mobile grooming service--anytime I've been in a bind, they've come through for me without hesitation. That kind of reliability is hard to find! If you're looking for a place you can trust with your dogs, this is it. Highly recommend to anyone who wants quality care and a team that treats your pets like family.

I will NEVER COME HERE AGAIN…read more I took my maltipoo last week. I took her here maybe once before years ago. This is not my normal groomer. My dog just went to the vet for a physical exam just hours before and there were no issues. She is an indoor dog & does not socialize with any other dogs. She has never had an open wound, nor any incident with any other groomer in her life (5 years). My dog came home with cuts on her legs and face and I just found another on her ear this morning (it was masked by hair). I contacted the company and the groomer said the scab on her legs must have got caught on the clippers. She also said she doesn't like being cut on her face. I do not believe either of these statements. She has never had issue at any other groomer. My main complaint is that none of these were mentioned to me when I picked her up. It was only said after I called and told them what I found. The owner did contact me and apologize and offered to refund half the grooming price. I do appreciate that. However, Now that I found another cut on her ear, I'm honestly even more upset. There is no way that she went in there with all these cuts without my knowledge and without a licensed vet noticing them. She didn't because those cuts weren't there prior to her grooming, although the groomer claims they were. I should've have requested a full refund and medical care/products. Although I did receive an apology after contacting them, it doesn't negate this fact this shouldn't have ever happened. Now I have to spend money tend to her wounds medically and don't know what to do since this has never happened before. I'm just very irritated with the whole situation and hope I don't find any more cuts.

The groomer was incredible with my cat. I stayed and watched the entire grooming process, and it was kind of amazing to see how calm and cooperative my cat became. He clearly understands cat behavior really well--nail trimming and ear cleaning were done smoothly with no stress. He also helped remove fleas and recommended a flea treatment without pushing unnecessary products. The pricing was very reasonable, and I felt comfortable the whole time. This is definitely going to be my regular spot for cat grooming. Highly recommend, especially if you have a "difficult" cat!

She wasn't finished until 1:56 PM, and communication throughout was vague and inconsistent. The only proactive message we got was at 12:30 asking to shave more. We fully understood she had mats, but she has been groomed many times before with zero behavior issues and is usually done in about 2.5 hours. When I spoke to the owner, I was told she was "hyper" and that they started right away, but the timeline and her condition didn't reflect that. Four hours for a bath, face trim, and shave-down is excessive. When we picked her up, she was extremely scared, her face was uneven, and she had small razor cuts. She's also scooting her butt and licking that area constantly. My husband's shorts were also covered in loose hairs -- unusual for a non-shedding doodle. Overall, the poor communication, questionable explanations, and low-quality grooming mean we won't be returning.

**Do not recommend! -**…read more Since moving to Chino a few months ago, I've been a regular customer here. Unfortunately, today was my final visit. During his groom, the groomer was negligent with a dangling claw and cut my dog with the clippers. To make matters worse, the staff suggested an emergency vet visit wasn't necessary despite the bleeding. I did not pay for the service, and I am currently at the vet awaiting results. I will be billing the owner for the medical expenses incurred today. I will provide a full update once the exam is complete. Update: The situation is much worse than initially thought. The groomer completely severed his claw, and the injury is so severe that my puppy now has to be sedated for surgery to suture the wound and prevent infection. I want to acknowledge that the owner reached out very quickly via text to express her sincere concern. She handled the situation professionally and immediately reimbursed me for the full cost of the emergency vet visit. While the situation was incredibly stressful, I appreciate her taking accountability and resolving the financial side of things so promptly.

Our boy Chai (also six!) goes too, and honestly, I don't know what we'd do without them. For context: Samoyeds are beautiful, but they are also... a lot. Latte is sweet but VERY loud, and she's never been the easiest when it comes to baths or grooming. Somehow, the team here has always handled her with so much patience and care that now she even tolerates baths when I give them at home (!!). It truly makes me appreciate them so much :,) What I love most is they never, ever make us feel bad for having 'crazy babies.' Instead, they always go above and beyond to make them (and us) feel comfortable. The staff is gentle, kind, and you can tell they truly care about the dogs they see. Latte and Chai always come home looking like fluffy clouds and smelling like actual angels. If you've got dogs who are a handful, this is the place that will love them anyway. Forever grateful for Qutie Pets
