After the job, the front office insisted it was an additional charge and claimed they had explained it verbally, even suggesting that I was the one acting in bad faith to find a loophole to get out of paying it. I appreciate good workmanship, and they delivered that. But transparent pricing matters, and the front office fell short. If you choose this company, make sure every fee is clearly broken out so there are no surprises after the work is done.

After filing my claim with my insurance company, I had to wait nearly a month for my mortgage company to release the insurance check (the mortgage company had to endorse the check).
