They did come back the next day to re-clean at no charge, which I appreciated, but the final result still felt underwhelming for a move-out clean. I was also billed a higher hourly rate than originally quoted, which was only corrected after I pointed it out. Friendly people, but quality control, attention to specific requests, and billing accuracy are concerns.

This included pretty…read moremuch everything we could think of plus we also requested steam-cleaning carpets and cleaning the garage. The team worked for 5-6 hours, cleaning the floors and baseboards, the overhead light fixtures, and virtually everything in-between, leaving the house spotless. The entire team worked really hard and the company owners were professional and made booking quite easy (even though we had to reschedule more than once). We are very pleased with the outcome! Would highly recommend Cliffords!

They also replaced some of my vinyl siding and metal trim, it was very hard to find someone who was proficient and willing to do so but Aaron pulled through. He communicates well, shows up on time, goes over every piece of work they've done with you to make sure you're happy with everything; if you aren't he will make sure you are. I also asked him to let me know if he saw any other things that might need work, he saw a few things, explained what was going on and what the options would be. He did not try to up-sell me whatsoever or try and convince me to do them with any type of pressure. After getting quotes from 4 people, he wasn't the highest, he also wasn't the cheapest (a good thing IMO) but he was one of the few insured companies, knew what he was talking about, and got the job done on time. I'll definitely be having him out to install some new doors come springtime.
