But at the end we find that our photos, especially our portraits, are quite harsh. Overall composition and quality of her wedding photos do not feel that they are of the same quality as her Instagram post. This may have been a problem because of the editing, which was inconsistent, making the shots quite stark and unflattering and the composition is the most I am concern about. It was a great day and there are no pictures that look like it was nice out on the day and almost in all photos I look fat and short. Furthermore, before sharing this review I expressed my disappointment and concern to Stella through email since she sent the sneak peak and when I informed her again my concern about the final result she informed me to pay for RAW file $900 where I dont even want to pay nor post any of my wedding photo My experience dealing with her was quite frustrating. I didn't feel like we were listened to. She gave a very slow response which I have to chase her through instagram and emails. We really appreciate the work that she has done BUT we expected a different quality of work than what was provided. It's just that the caliber is so different to many of her other shoots, and it's been frustrating to see she posts so many other beautiful wedding pictures. We really hate to be a bother.  But as she is professionals who charge professional rates, we were hoping for professional services and results. I hope there is no any other bride cried like me in the near future after seeing the wedding photos !

The photos she captured are stunning, the clean white background really allows the subject (baby/family/etc) to be front and center. She also had plenty of snacks to keep everyone fueled up. Corinne is definitely a baby whisperer because I needed to change my son's diaper when we arrived, which woke him up, and she was able to work her magic to get him back asleep. Corinne has a very warm and engaging personality, so I felt very comfortable being photographed by her. After our baby boy was born, my wife and I realized that amidst the chaos, we never scheduled a newborn photoshoot as we planned. Therefore, we had to find a photographer that had an opening within a week's timeframe, was located within our area, and had fair pricing. Among the photographers we reached out to, Laura satisfied all 3 and was highly communicative and accommodating and made for an easy choice. Ahead of the photoshoot, Laura helped us preplan different poses, accessories, and backgrounds. We had an idea to pose our baby as part of an Asian Dim Sum set with no expectation that Laura could execute it but she encouraged it and got us excited about it. During the shoot, Laura's studio was perfectly set up for our baby and she took precautions as well (facemask, gloves, etc). She was also super adept at swaddling and calming our baby to sleep, so much so that as new parents, we learned some new techniques from her! Laura even accommodated our dog and we were able to incorporate him into a few photos. The photoshoot went very smooth and we felt grateful to have one of the first milestone experiences with our baby. After the photoshoot, we were able to select our favorite ones and Laura made all the necessary edits with a quick turnaround time. I have had many photo shoots. We tend to have one once a year but we can't invest much. However we…read morewere having our third baby and probably last child and wanted something nice. For our last two children we had newborn pictures taken and they were cute but never blew my mind. Perhaps because of the stress that the photo shoots itself brought up. Imagine: You are a week postpartum, learning how to deal with the newborn and recovering from birth, sleep depravation and so many other things that this new phase brings and when you have more little ones in the picture is even harder. I had heard great things about Carolyn and her work seemed beautiful so I got very excited about working with her but when we got a quote back she was out of our budget. I was soo bummed. Then, chatting with my husband we decided to change the budget of other things that are short-lived and went ahead with Carolynn. We scheduled a date and she said it would take 1h. I am not very experienced but all our photoshoots that were only an hour seemed to be in a rush and stressful so I was already feeling stressed but decided to go with the flow. Then, she got there and while I was dealing with the baby she would be taking pictures of my other children, my husband and my parents. She really took over the environment. She brought a very good energy and calmness to the experience. She told us where to be and how to adjust our bodies to the shots. It always drove me crazy when I had shoots and needed to come up with the poses myself and then we would get pictures with my legs in weird positions. A photographer needs to have an eye to notice this stuff. Carolyn has more than that. She has a vision!!!! She made us feel extremely comfortable and natural so the pictures look very spontaneous. The shoot was calm and efficient and just the perfect amount of time. I felt good about it and didn't feel like it was a fail and that I was gonna get horrible pictures as I always felt in the other photo shoots. Even though it never actually happened I always felt like that after a photo shoot. But for this one, I felt good and excited about receiving the pictures. THEN, I received the pictures!! For the first.time.in.my.life my mind was blown about my own pictures. Everything was perfect. They looked like magazine pictures. She captured us like we really interact with each other but in a way that made us and everything around look beautiful. That was our best investment involving our baby. I would put that as a priority before any other purchases like car seats, crib, clothes, etc. I am forever grateful for Carolynn for capturing that moment and that happy that we went ahead with her.
