That didn't really matter in the end because what got small dry subs (bread was half the size of the regular subs), meh wraps, no meat in the pasta salad and the potato salad had a watery milk like sauce with chunks of potatoes so large you'd gag if you didn't cut them in half. The wraps, tortellini and half of the subs went. No one touched the potato or the pasta salads. I don't understand how the catered food could be SO disappointing from the food in the cases.
