They called us at 11:20 and said they were 10 minutes away. They clearly weren't as we waited outside. We had to call multiple times to ask where they were and were lied to each time 'we're 5 minutes away...2 minutes away' etc etc all lies. They ended up 45 minutes late, we had waited in the cold all that time and then when we got home they had the audacity to try and charge us £52 then argued with us when we questioned it! What a joke. Absolutely disgusting. Steer clear of these morons!
