The taxi didn't turn up on the time agreed, i waited outside of the property nearly 20 min and tried calling them number of times, just to check what's was happening, no one picked up the call. where i ended up leaving a voice message. luckily i managed to get in to my meeting on time by taking a taxi from a different taxi company. However up to now no one really called and apologies for the mistake they have done. It would be much appreciated that if the taxi can't pick up the customer and at least to give a call and let the customer know. i will not use this service again and will not recommend it to anyone.
