The worst, the rudest, the most unprofessional company I ever dealt with in my life! If I could give them zero stars I would. They have zero respect for people. They talk to you as if you were beneath them, and that goes for all of them from office staff to management. When a complaint was raised, and escalated to management, as they continued to ignore the complaint, the management also ignored the complaint. It took them 3.5 years to replace a carpet in ONE room, the living room. They continually postponed the job, until I made complaints to the Govnt. Their workers broke my furniture whilst finally replacing the carpet, the workers didnt bother to tell me that they broke the furniture. After I continued to escalate the complaint about the broken furniture they continually ignored me until I complained to the Govnt. they offered me a lousy $200 for a piece of furniture which will cost me $500 to replace. They are rude, obnoxious swindlers. One thing they don't get coz their noses are up in the air too much: what goes around, comes around, and I hope they get their karma in the way they deserve. read more
