I saw the great reviews on Yelp and his availability and pricing was in line with my schedule and budget. Ron and his wife, Ellen, are the greatest team. Ellen was responsive and super helpful with all my questions, concerns, looking up permits, scheduling ~ you name it. Ron was equally amazing. He walked through all the items on my 4pt with me and even gave me tips in maintaining some of my items like my Air Condenser. I even asked him for advice and opinions about items that were not part of the 4pt and he was super helpful and more than willing to give me his thoughts. With the inspection report and 4pt report itself Ron was very meticulous with things he found and as a buyer I very much appreciated it! I was able to get my seller to reduce the price of the home to accommodate the cost for some of the items that came up on the inspection report. Thank you Ron and Ellen!! Highly recommend!!

These guys were very supportive and extremely professional. I believe the first inspector that we…read morehad was Joe. Joe went through our house with a fine tooth comb, and then he briefed us on some of the issues that he recommended needed to be fixed and then other recommendations that if we wanted to fix, we could, however, the first house we dropped out due to issues The second house was the inspector unfortunately we were not to be there. We had the report come back. We had what we thought was a lot of issues that we don't understand because I'm not HVAC. I'm not an electrician and I'm not a plumber so we saw all these and we're just weirded out however we got a chance to talk to Mark and Marc calmed us down by telling us that a lot of it was just minimal and again I told him that we didn't have that professional background and we super appreciate you calling us and taking the time to go through the report and tell us that our issues were very minimal and if we were to have them get fixed, all of them would probably be fixed in less than an hour, so like I said before he made it a lot better for us and we were not freaked out by the report. I truly recommend this company. I was very impressed with both installers sorry inspectors and I would definitely recommend these guys if you were buying a house because like I said they went everywhere. I've never seen a report to where the whole house was inspected and it was great to know that these guys were there to do this for us. Also, they have a lot of other services they could do a couple of them are pest control. They do termites and array of others. I believe that they do alarm system systems and so forth and so on, but I definitely would get in touch with these guys. Thank you again Joe and thank you again Mark for helping us with getting our house and explaining the issues in detail.

The estimator was hostile accusing me of lying about part of the work that they did a terribly. He was loud and very abusive. To be that unprofessional was unacceptable. I do think this company may do good work however I would recommend you ask for that estimator to not come to your house.

Chad and Greyson and their crew have installed everything from windows and doors to roofing and insulation, concrete, kitchen cabinets, flooring, tile work, painting and drywall jobs. I've done full remodels with them and have never had any complaints. Communication is great. Quality of craftsmanship is great. Cleanliness is great. We sincerely have no complaints! As a client what has always impressed me is Greyson and his crew come to the job and stay on the job working full days until it's done...no working you in between jobs being too spread out. That means I don't have to live in a constant state of construction which, let's face it, can get old. Also noteworthy is how they keep the construction site. They protect your floors with ram board while they work on site AND clean up sweeping floors and wiping down counters every single day! I call this a win-win! I'm getting a great remodel while not feeling like I'm living in construction! My current project in the works with Home Wreckers is adding new hurricane windows throughout the home, a new front door and a huge sliding door system that overlooks the canal. I couldn't be more excited to have this done by Home Wreckers. I absolutely know that Greyson and his crew will do another outstanding job on my new home!

We contracted Lafferty to enclose the entry area of our townhome with a custom screen door. The…read morefinished product initially looked great. Unfortunately, when we began having problems with the door not closing properly and our experience with Lafferty's customer service was extremely disappointing. Because we were outside the warranty period, we were required to pay a $75 service fee just to schedule an appointment. After several follow-up calls and waiting a couple of weeks, a technician finally came out. He installed a new plunger and left. Upon returning home we discovered the door was actually worse than it had been before the service visit. It now drags on our newly installed pavers and only closes about halfway. We have followed up with Lafferty multiple times and have provided photos and video clearly showing the problem. Despite this, more than a month later, they have still refused to send someone back to inspect the issue or correct the workmanship. Our experience has been very disappointing. While the initial installation looked good, the lack of follow-up and customer service has been unacceptable. When you hire a company, you expect them to stand behind their work and make a reasonable effort to resolve problems when they arise. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we would not use Lafferty again. We have also shared our experience with others in our development so they can make an informed decision before hiring them.
