I've never been a fan of all-natural, chemical-free products. I feel like you can't get things super clean without them. While I still feel this way about every day household cleaners such as cleansers for your shower, bathroom, etc., my view has changed on laundry detergents, specifically pre spot treatments. I was frying up some calamari. If you've ever done this, you know they love to splatter every once in a while with geyser-like heights, no matter how careful you are. My beloved Banana Republic tshirt received several battle scars. I usually take care of stains by using Dawn dish washing soap. Wet the stain, apply a drop of Dawn, and do a 4-finger mini scrub. However, I was at my mom's house, so she had me try the Melaleuca Prespot. I reluctantly sprayed the foam on, no rubbing required, and forgot about my shirt for almost a week. When I remembered to check on it, ALL the oil spots were gone! Threw it in the washer & dryer and it came out like new. The 4x concentrate is sold in an 8 oz. bottle, and comes with an empty 16 oz. spray bottle with measurement instructions. The only downfall is that you have to purchase this through someone who sells it, sort of like Avon. Cost is about $8.50. OVERALL: High praise and high recommendation indeed! read more

I was never treated so RUDELY by Maxine!!! She was noisy, unprofessional and did not care about my shopping experience at all. Her only concern was that the company make money. She was not certain about the products and even lied about one she claims she used.... I know because I did the research on this item so I could ask questions to obtain her level on the products. I suggest you hire people who treat their customers like the world class service you suggest you offer and a person who can be kind, professional, and friendly. Would give 0 stars if I could sprayers on the bottle quit working and have to replace them more often then not. After visiting a local tobacco shop, I stopped by the Melaleuca Product Store for some cleaning supplies. I entered and quicly left, as no covid-19 percautions are being implemented. At the Tobacco shop, there were gloved employees, safety signage, and marks on the floor 6' apart where customers cue. Furthermore, the Tobacco store clerks asked me to stand back and handle my own I.D. and Credit Card. Now, my frustration is in juxtaposing a "Wellness Company" to a Tobacco store in who's making a better effort to keep me safe. REALLY?! The Tobacco store (a NOT wellness business) is taking my safety seriously, the "Wellness Company" seems to care less about me or their staff and clearly $$$ is Frank V's bottom line. Customer service is super helpful, my best friend joined for a little while and decided she didn't want to continue to order so she called in &her account was canceled in minutes. But this yelp ad is specifically for the Melaleuca store and I will say that they have always had any product I was looking for, the workers have always been super nice and helpful... Even when I realize that I was charged incorrectly for an item they were extremely apologetic and quickly fix the issue... Melaleuca is a FRAUD and terrible company who uses customers credit cards on their own. I never ordered any product from them but they used my credit card and send the package to me that I never wanted in the first place!!!! After I refused the package and it got back to their warehouse on April 14 but issued a refund on April 20, I don't understand what took them so long even to isue a refund and seems like they don't care about this frustration and wasting my precious time. I called my bank, melaleuca back and forth wasted more than half a day because of unauthorized order CAUSED BY THEM. I just opened an account because of family health issues. Products are so safe, they don't require child proof caps. No formaldehyde in these products. No toxic chemicals. Yet, they work even better. Vitamins have an 80% solubility rate compared to national brands at 10% And as far as being cost effective, they are super concentrated. Melaleuca won't ship water. The laundry detergent is 6x concentrated formula. Pay for water if you choose but personally, I see no need to pay for it twice. I've had relatives with cancer, lupus, Autism, the list. I became a member of this out fit thru a cousin who had great things to say about it. She had signed me up, I said I would try it out. Not knowing what she had signed me up for... I used the services for a few months, however my work schedule had gotten hectic and I was traveling quite a bit and no longer had use for the bulky products. I tried to suspend the services however they refused to suspend the services. They told me I had to cancel the services. When I tried to cancel I was unable to open their web pages due to them being unsafe via firewalls. I called several times to cancel and again they refused to cancel anything, saying I signed a contract. I never signed up for anything. Then they tried to send me automatic shipments, I had ups reverse all shipments to my house to be returned right back to them. Then the texts started...then emails phone calls. Saying I owed them money for the orders that I never place or made and were all returned to them. I sent a letter stating they could no longer contact me unless via usps. They ignored it and continued to contact me and harass me for items I never ordered or received. Shady business whit even worse customer service. Not to mention violating laws by harassing customers and trying to force their less then superior products on customers. I was suckered into signing up for their security monitoring. My home was burglarized while I was out of town. They turned off my main breaker and Melaĺuca never contacted me about a power outage. Classic scummy subscription business model. Make it very easy to sign up, and impossible to cancel. I've mailed AND emailed the cancellation notice form they have you fill out, and they "have no record of it." It's been a month. Another month and an opportunity to charge me another 70 dollars. I love the products! I have been using them for I think about 4 years now. My step daughter was covered in eczema. It had moved to her face (she was 16) and nothing helped. The creams the doctor prescribed were bleaching her skin. She was so self conscious and hated the way she looked. Since we started using the Renew as long as she has used it she has been 100% eczema free! She is now almost 20!. This is a horrible company. Their products are ok at best. However, their customer service is beyond bad. We were customers of theirs, but decided to cancel our order because we could no longer afford the $75 a month. We found out that one can not cancel via the phone or e-mail. You have to download a cancel request form (which is very difficult to find on their website) and then fax it back. Despite all of this, they continue to send products and bill our credit card. They call us and state they haven't received our cancelation form want us to unblock them from our credit card and continue to send products. We have tried the BBB, but no help there. Melaleuca continues to have an +A rating with the BBB. All we have left is social media. Please do not buy any products from this company. You will regret it. Update- The BBB finally came through and our account has been closed. Melaleuca blamed us for the issues because we did not submit the proper documentation; we did. They said that we had not returned the products they send us without our permission; we did. I am sure they will retain their A+ rating from the BBB. Nothing we can do about that. I love the Melaleuca products. I typically stay away from direct selling / MLM organizations, but I find that these products are very helpful in being healthy. I am not a distributor, but I do purchase my favorite products every month. The products are terribly expensive when compared to big box store offerings, but I believe these products are superior in quality, and honestly aren't significantly more expensive than what you find at Whole Foods or Natures Grocery.
