The venue team was fantastic with communication and super helpful in guiding us on where to park and unload. They have a designated vendor parking spot, which made unloading a breeze--a huge plus! Trash disposal was also quick and easy--we simply tied up the bags and placed them in the designated spot behind the building. Parking during the event was smooth with no issues at all. Most importantly, the venue staff were beyond kind and helpful, making the entire process seamless and enjoyable! And a special shoutout to Laura, the owner--she is the absolute sweetest! There was a cute swing chair near the parking lot, and speaking with Mrs.Orndoff I learned there is a bridal cottage close by. Mr and Mrs Orndoff are amazing people and will take care of you! They answered all of our questions and helped us pick out exactly what we needed. We made several changes throughout the planning process and they were always eager to help and adjust our order. If we hadn't stepped in and handled planning ourselves, our wedding would have suffered. Heather, the owner, was often unresponsive and difficult to reach. Despite advertising "constant communication with the bride," we struggled to get timely responses during the final month before our wedding, when support matters most. Although we hired Timeless Events to help with planning and coordination, we ended up sourcing every vendor on our own. We were also repeatedly told our deposit would be refunded due to the lack of services provided, but that refund never happened. Only after we canceled did Heather explain she had been dealing with health issues. Had this been communicated earlier, we would have been understanding. Instead, the lack of transparency left us scrambling and under unnecessary stress. This experience did not meet the expectations set by their marketing or contract. We've chosen not to pursue remediation and are focusing on moving forward. We strongly caution future couples, especially nontraditional ones, to carefully consider their options before booking Timeless Events.

It has a beautiful view of the mountains, but still the convenience of indoor seating, air-conditioning, and bathrooms. Just outside the chapel are breath-taking views that would be perfect for wedding pictures. I attended this wedding as a guest, so I'm not sure of the cost to rent the chapel, but I can say it was a lovely location and setting for such a special occasion!
