I had no idea what direction I wanted to go or even where i needed to start. Heather made the entire process so easy for my family and myself. She's extremely personable, listens and gets to know you and your soon-to-be right from the start. My wedding went so smoothly. Thinking back, if there was ever an issue, I didn't know about it or worry because I knew Heather had my back. She thought of every detail and really made sure my big day was everything my husband and myself wanted. I recommend her to everyone I know who are newly engaged because she makes the process so stress free.

Something strange happened to our Google review so posting it here for posterity…read more Open app Your location Jacob 87 points 3 months ago Our experience with Timeless Events was deeply disappointing and unnecessarily stressful. If we hadn't stepped in and handled planning ourselves, our wedding would have suffered. Heather, the owner, was often unresponsive and difficult to reach. Despite advertising "constant communication with the bride," we struggled to get timely responses during the final month before our wedding, when support matters most. Although we hired Timeless Events to help with planning and coordination, we ended up sourcing every vendor on our own. We were also repeatedly told our deposit would be refunded due to the lack of services provided, but that refund never happened. Only after we canceled did Heather explain she had been dealing with health issues. Had this been communicated earlier, we would have been understanding. Instead, the lack of transparency left us scrambling and under unnecessary stress. This experience did not meet the expectations set by their marketing or contract. We've chosen not to pursue remediation and are focusing on moving forward. We strongly caution future couples, especially nontraditional ones, to carefully consider their options before booking Timeless Events.

This is a GORGEOUS place I tell you! Simply BREATHTAKING! The pictures I took do not do this place…read morejustice. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to make it to the chapel. However, someone at the place showed me aerial views of the chapel. It sits practically at the edge of a cliff of a mountain. It's so beautiful. I was told the chapel sits up to 200 guests. So this is perfect for small and big weddings. This is a really secluded area where you'll find hidden houses as you drive up the mountain. There is a gate where if a wedding is held here, you will be provided a pass, when you give the attendant the name of the wedding you're attending. The area where the reception is held is equally beautiful. It's secluded and there is a great deal of parking. There is a beautiful deck to relax, have drinks, maybe a photo booth and where for this wedding, the buffet was set up. The inside was nice with floor to ceiling windows and doors to view the landscape outside. I'm quite sure this space gets booked quickly for Fall weddings. I can imagine how gorgeous this space is when the leaves change colors. Would be beautiful for pictures and just to relax in the fall weather. The person who coordinates weddings for the space was really friendly. I was able to talk with her while my dude and I waited for everyone else to come. The food was EXTREMELY GOOD! EXTREMELY! The groom is a man of few words and I was told when he came for the tasting he showed more emotion than any of the others times they met. I believe it was $100 per plate. So if you plan to have a small wedding (50 or less) and can afford this space and the food, you need to book this spot. It's worth budgeting out the expenses for a year before saying 'I Do'. Believe me..... it's worth it!

Truly disappointing. We were promised an experience that would make our wedding incredibly special…read moreand carefree, but instead were met with more challenges than we would have faced if we had not hired this business. We felt like we were in charge of keeping the timeline throughout the planning process and felt the responsibility to make sure that things were completed beforehand rather than the other way around. We also found and booked many of the vendors ourselves. Toward the end, it was not worth pushing back since we worried our wedding day would suffer if we didn't do everything ourselves. Transparency was definitely a big pitfall with this business. For example, we asked for decor that was considered extra and we were informed we had to pay for that - no big deal, we figured we'd pay and we'd get to keep the decor. When the invoice arrived, we were shocked to find that Silver Fern would be keeping the extra decor even though we paid for it. We also asked for detailed examples of what the day of vision would look like. We received some general vision guides that we approved, but they were clearly not what was planned for our wedding day since the final decorations hardly looked like the vision. As anticipated by the above, our day was lacking. Boutonnières and bouquets were damaged, visions were missed, and guests were placed in random places to make for bad photos (both during the ceremony and at dinner). Decorations were minimal, which we could not believe based on the price we paid. We were truly in shock when we saw how minimal and off the decorations were on our wedding, which is an awful thing to see walking into your ceremony for the first time. We also felt like it was our responsibility to keep time and direct vendors during the wedding. The planner's bare minimum job is to take the time keeping and vendor direction of the couple's plate, but we did not feel like that low standard was met. At the end of the day, our wedding day was incredibly stressful and we were very dissatisfied with Silver Fern Events.

Erin ensured all details of my wedding were perfect and took so much stress away from me so I could truly enjoy my wedding day. She is so hard working and she shared my excitement for my big day, which made her such a joy to work with. So many of my friend and family have commented that our wedding was the most fun ever, and I can really attribute that to Erin's planning and guidance.
