THIS GUY IS A CON, WITHOUT BEING AN ARTIST. HE'S JUST A CON…read more Do not deal with this company or a guy named Drew/Dre. A month ago, we gave him a $750 deposit to do a job because that's what he requested. He claims that no one beats his prices. We found someone who did, asked for our deposit back, and he spent it and then asked us to give him 2 weeks to pay it back. Two weeks have gone, and he's been giving us the run around every since. He promised to refund $750. Apparently, this guy has a gambling problem because the day we went to get our refund, there was a guy with his business shirt on that said ECE and we approached him, and asked for our money. Come to find out, the guy we approached thought we were bookies coming to collect a betting debt, and he said "I told Drew to tell you to give us more time." AND I told him, we're not bookies coming to collect a debt, but we are a Pastor and Wife of a local ministry coming to get our deposit back. Drew refused to return our calls to repay us. If a guy or a company has no heart of robbing the church, then they will surely not care about you. We have contacted our attorney, and are presently putting together a class action lawsuit to put this guy out of business because we have found that there are others. If you have also fell victim to this, inbox me and we will forward it to our attorney. They have two other locations: 134th and Western, and 85th and Van Ness. Don't go there, you can't trust them!

It was a big waste of time and money 1,000 down the drain, this guy is so unprofessional. I placed the order Nov 25th and asked if it would be ready before january 3rd and he said yes that it takes about 2 weeks to get everything done and that was a big LIE. He came to take the pictures with a regular phone when we were thinking it would've been a camera first red flag and then he wasn't answering our calls and said only "text". Weeks almost a month goes by and he still isn't done designing it ? I told him the changes and he would do the opposite. He's all over the place saying he's busy with other orders when i paid him to do that, he kept going back to "you signed a contract" to excuse him taking long . He kept saying send me a email with you canceling the order , i never sent the email he just texted me you canceled the order and kept my 1,000 and said speak to my lawyer . This is unprofessional we had an opening with out the menus and i ended doing my own menus in 2 days which i should've done since the start. I've been really busy but will look into the lawyer thing because the contract says "Define Design Printing has the right to cancel this invoice / contract at any time." But he didn't cancel on me he's lying and saying i canceled the order . Don't get fooled by reviews

When we spoke, he told me he was in the middle of moving and wouldn't be able to come see me until Monday which I was completely fine with. However, after the email I was sent to him I received no response or follow up. I reached out to him just to see if he received the email and to confirm our meeting for Monday. I received no response to my text message until Monday morning , saying he was busy moving and didn't get a chance to respond and asked me if I still wanted him to come. I was still very understanding and patient since I am a business owner myself, who is setting up shop. So I understand that there is a timeline for everybody and as long as there is good communication and we can set something up in a timely manner, I would be fine with it. This was not the case. I responded almost immediately to Frank to let him know that I understand, and would still like to have him come if he could, or set something up for the following day if that was better for him. He completely ghosted me! It is now Tuesday and I still haven't heard back from him. This is extremely unprofessional as I am a business owner who needs to get things done for my shop as well. I depended on Franks word which has now put me 5 days behind schedule. I would not recommend.
