My neighbors ordered a couple of ice cream sandwiches and he had to mold the cookies around a heap of ice cream so it would fit into the container! My other neighbors ordered a waffle cone and he says it always made him mad to get a cone that didn't have ice cream packed into it, so know, if you order a cone you will have ice cream top to bottom! Lastly, I heard him talking about his business practices. He said, if you make it onto his deck before closing he will serve you! The other night, a Sunday, his closing time was 6pm and he had a line. He served until it was exhausted and was there until 8pm! THAT is the way to run a business folks. I do wish they'd make their ice cream in house, because I'm sure this guy would make some incredible product, but what he serves is good and the way he runs his business deserves patronage!
