Went to the manager next door at the full serve and he stated the readout indicates credit cards are debited $5. When I showed him a video of the readout and asked him to show me the $5, he shut up and left the store only to return to give me a free wash card. He said he would not give a refund since he's not the owner. There is no contact information in the self wash nor any sign indicating $5 for credit cards; this is fraud.

When I was getting gas I did a walk around and realized how dirty my truck still was with mud dripping in certain spots and dirty water spots all over the vehicle. Seeing all this, I went back to the car wash after getting gas and simply asked for them to send my through again since it was noticeably not clean. The attendant acknowledged the fact that my truck was still dirty, but refused to allow me to go back through again without paying $18 for another car wash. . Extremely disappointing.
