Went to get a flu vaccine here, and met HANDS DOWN, the RUDEST Pharmacist I've ever encountered in my life. He is tall and his name is Eric, and he was so unpleasant and just disrespectful to his coworkers, the other people getting prescriptions. He SNAPPED at me as I got to the counter, was snapping at other people for "being slow" and "not having their insurance cards ready" and was yelling at his team to "hurry up". Just an awful man, and I hope he gets reviewed by the pharmacology board of directors for not knowing how to treat people. (Also by the looks of other reviews, it sounds like this isn't the first time this has happened and that he has messed up medications) Everyone should go to Sam's Club Pharmacy. read more

poor customer service. Took me multiple phone calls and stopping in to realize they done want my business since they can't be bothered to request a refill. Dr said they never received a request, took less than a half hour to have it filled somewhere else. Saving $5.00 is not worth the headache. read more

I got yelled at when I walked up to the counter right when someone left and was loudly told to go back and stand in line and they will call me up when they were ready. I didn't quite make it back to the line when they called me up! Everyone was staring at me as if I was a really bad person doing something really bad! You should give jobs to people that like to work with the public. read more

Terrible customer service, lost a 20 year loyal customer over a $12 prescription. They made a mistake and shorted me on 27 pills and wouldn't replace them. Instead of admitting mistake they sent me on my way with a smug attitude and no medication. read more

I had to physically go in to get them to sort an issue out with my doctor that took 5 minutes. It took them over a week to go from "we can fill this" to "we said our stock would be filled 3 days ago then it was late and we rudely told you it would be here today but it's not. You should try another pharmacy" read more

Continuously seem to mess up my medicine. Auto refills are a joke. Never get all the meds. Must now stop to check everything before leaving the store. Been told they don't have the drug in stock only to ask another member and told that they have plenty. Turning things in for fill only to find out they went to central while waiting. Drastic change needs to happen . read more

I am on three prescription medications, have been on same doses of all for a few years and am now done with all Meijer pharmacies forever. Anything is better than this place. Every single month there is some issue with at least one of my medications, like I request refills online, it never tells me what day they will be ready, they're never ready on time, lots of times they don't even have enough in stock (all three are very common drugs, they know I need refills every month, yet they can't keep them in stock) so they give me partial refills which is a nightmare with insurance, have to come back and pick up remainder on a specific day wasting half a tank of gas since I don't live near any Meijer, makes it impossible to coordinate errands. Love the various free prescription programs they offer along with coupons and mperks! Always have quick service and questions are always answered. Lots of staff constantly trying to make sure no one is waiting long. Multiple pharmacists are always on staff when I am there. read more

Terrible experience today at the Meijer pharmacy on US 31. First the pharmacy technician, John, was extremely rude. After I gave him the information that he rudely requested, he accused me of trying to fill a prescription twice, and that I was breaking federal law. He told me he reviewed my case from a federal website and was lying about my prescription. After refusing to get a pharmacist or to continue talking to me, I had to bother my doctors office about the situation. After 20 minutes, I had to ask for a different pharmacy technician and a pharmacist to have my prescription filled. The pharmacy tech apologized that John had been so incredibly awful and that in fact, the federal website showed that John inaccurately looked at my prescription refill date. I will definitely be finding a new pharmacy. read more

I switched to Meijer because of the great service. My small child got a prescription that is not normally recommended for children and the pharmacist showed great care in coming out to talk to me about it. Fantastic prices. Great rewards with mPerks! I couldn't recommend this pharmacy more highly. I love that they are super busy. We have to buy Epi-Pens and when I went to another pharmacy they were months older than this pharmacy. read more

Used to love this pharmacy but switched because the busier they got the worse they became. They don't get meds ready regardless of when they are called in until you are standing there ready to pick up. I would always have to wait 35-45 minutes for them and the staff would be irritated that when I asked why they were not already ready due to being called in 12 hours- days ago. I recommend 6th street pharmacy, walgreens, or a rite aid instead. Worst service ever! read more

I had my script called in by my doctor office. I went in the drive thru because I wasn't feeling well. They said it wasn't quite ready please drive back around in 15-20 mins. 20 mins later I pull back around. They said oh yeah that was just called in give us 15-20 mins. I told her that is what I was told 20 mins ago. She said they ran into other things and haven't been able to get to it yet. I waited over an hour for one precription. This is not a one time issue. Not only are they overlogged and under staffed. The staff is unskilled and unfriendly. I moved all our regular scripts a few months ago when suddenly my auto renewal stopped. I found this out only after driving 45 mins to get the Meijer pharmacy to pick it up. I asked the person behind the register why it is no longer on auto rewew. She said she didn't know. I asked if she would please set it up for me and she said she didn't know how. I will never come back here! read more

This place has mad me late for more appointments than I'd care to admit... Meijer pharmacy will not have a prescription ready when they say they will, and when they do have it, they will make you test your patients waiting for it. read more
