I gotta give a special shoutout to the GM. My wife sent me in with a laundry list of women's products to buy (and a few product pics). He noticed I was dazed and confused and approached me to see if I needed help. I guess it was pretty obvious cause he laterally took the list and my phone and told me to grab a basket and meet him in aisle whatever. He even had me text my wife for clarification a few times. There's not a lot, or enough, above and beyond these days but he provided me a shopping experience I will never forget.

You will likely find old sales ads in the ad bin from weeks prior making it difficult to know whats on sale. Speaking of whats on sale, the store lacks sales tags on sale items. You know those little yellow signs that are displaced next to items. Yeahhhh. This store often doesn't have them. The red monster, aka The Red Coupon Machine, is often out of paper or just isn't even turned out. I've often times wanted to take a swifter duster off the shelf and use it to dust the products I plan on buying that are caked with dust bunnies. When buying any food, drinks or medicines make sure you look at the expiration dates. It clear that the store lacks rotation. This store is in need of some TLC. I actually drive farther away from home just to go to a CVS that has better service, cleaner and actually has items stocked.

They work hard to give you the best prices and try to help you in anyway they can so you don't have to pay a lot for your medications. They truly go above and beyond in any way they can. They have consistently gone above and beyond to advocate for me when insurance issues arise; ensure that I understand new drugs; and fill my scripts as soon as I need them. And John always takes the time to answer my questions over the phone when I've been prescribed new medication and need assurance about side effects, interactions, etc. They make me feel like family--I am lucky to be so cared for by the staff at Northeast Pharmacy! I've unfortunately moved away to a large city where the market is saturated by corporate pharmacies that simply don't cater to its customers the way a small business like Northeast Pharmacy can.
