I was looking for a few things one of the last times I was at Meijer and the staff were not helpful which made me angry. I tried asking one guy for help as he was talking to people he knew and I said excuse me sir several times. The people he was talking to even looked at me and he never turned around. I found another worker and asked him and gave me one of those half answers and didn't even attempt to try looking further. I realized that Meijer is pointless. Their point system also sucks. I was lucky to find those two workers on the floor because I hardly see them when I need assistance. The older heavy set lady at the self checkout always has an attitude. I put my hand basket on the floor until I got my bag of things situated and then I was going to put it back and she snatched it up and rolled her eyes as I walked out and complained to the guy at the front. I started going to Ralph's. Well, Kroger because I use Ralph's in California and Kroger and Ralph's are the same because Ralph's is part of Kroger Co. The point system makes sense and I can easily clip and save from my app. Plus the staff are more helpful. One person at Meijer was helpful and that was a nice lady who helped me find a particular hair care product. She approached me and asked if she could help.
