This place is getting at least a star only because of Dr. Lee's respectable bedside manner and…read morewillingness to listen. The good ends there. His staff, particularly Tasha, is an embarrassment to the customer service profession. Good doctors should avoid sub-par support like this if they truly care about their patients. There are so many talented and committed people out there begging for a chance to do good. It amazes me how people like Tasha get hired for work they absolutely hate doing and are clearly not qualified to do. This provider is in the business of helping people's lives better. My mother's case in Tasha's care was abusive, misleading, and harmful. Long story short, my mother physically suffered while Tasha lied through her teeth about helping her get the equipment she needed to get better. Tasha lied to us and also misled Dr. Lee about the progress she was making with procuring an breathing aid provider. She tortured my mom for two straight weeks of empty promises and guarantees that she submitted her request to the right provided. My mom has severe apnea and atrial fibrillation, so it was critical for us to get service. When pushed to speak to Dr. Lee, Tasha would blocked mom's calls. When we tried to connect with Dr. Lee through Keisha, the operator, she'd take over the call in an intimidating fashion. When you try to reason with her, she literally would step away from the phone, wait a whole minute in silence, and say, "are you done talking?" The only time I got through to Dr. Lee was when I told Tasha I had all our calls from Sep. 14th on record and will be sharing her manipulation on social media. Two weeks of trying to get to Dr. Lee and it took that to get Tasha to give the phone to him in less than 10 seconds. Tasha's lack of action or any due diligence caused harm to my ailing mother who was counting on Dr. Lee's promise and care. She is dismissive of our calls, took 2 weeks to submit paperwork that was critical to my mother's care, sent it to the WRONG provider, lied about that, too, and then had the nerve to shame my mother by saying, "you're not the only patient, you know. There are others waiting, too." After all this, we got her to get us connected to the proper equipment provider in less than 4 hours, which is evidence that it should not have taken that long to get it done. She just didn't do it and when she did the first time, she didn't even bother do it right. And oh -- when we were finally connected with the right equipment provider (all it takes was for her to find one that services CA residents and send a fax!), the provider had the wrong address for my mom. We were familiar enough with Tasha's lack of care for detail to make sure she didn't mess this up, too. Well, she did. Yep. This is the quality of administrative service you will get from Somerset, folks. So if you choose this provider, go in mindfully and I wish you the best of luck.

I have been going to Dr. Lee for the past few months and I have to say that I am more than…read moresatisfied with the care that I've received. Somerset Pulmonary Critical has very friendly staff and you feel welcomed when you first walk in. I've never had to wait that long to see the doctor even when I showed up late to my appointment. They are very accommodating and understand that sometimes people tune late. Dr. Lee is very professional and very knowledgeable about pulmonology. He is friendly and takes his time to explain what might be wrong with you and he presents a plan to address the issue as best as possible. He defiantly does not come off as one of those doctors that want to give you more and more meds and for that I respect him. Somerset Pulmonary Critical is a great doctors office and I highly recommend them. They will take care of you and make sure that they address whatever is wrong.

I will WARN you, NOT to spend your time of money, or TRUST your health to this doctor. First, the…read morewhen I went to this Dr, for an appointment... I had to sit and wait 2 hours to even see the doctor (that is WITH an appointment). When I finally see the doctor, she was rude and condescending and would try to talk over you and interrupt you and not listen to what you are trying to say. After that, she was rude, and extremely stubborn when discussing the insurance company and how payments would be handled - and when on the phone with my insurance provider, she was rude to the insurance provider as well. After that, when I went to go fill my prescription at CVS... there was a hold on my medicine because the insurance company needed paperwork from the Doctor before they would release it for me to pick it up. There was paperwork that this doctor had to fill out and send in to the insurance company for me to be able to receive my medication. I called the doctor, and she said it would take a minimum of 24 hours. I said okay no problem. Here it is a week later, and I still do not have my medication. We have been calling back and fourth from the doctors office to the insurance provider - and the doctors office keeps hanging up on us, refuses to listen to good orderly direction when WE and the insurance provider AS WELL as the pharmacy has told and explained to them WHAT TO DO... They refuse to offer any customer service PERIOD. It has been a complete nightmare dealing with this service. Dr. Mona Doshi and her secretary are both EXTREMELY rude and what they are doing is gross negligence. I am reporting the doctor to the NJ board of medical examiners. I am also reporting the practice to nj consumer affairs. It was a nightmare experience, and for all of you out there. I truly hope that you can avoid this doctor, and I truly hope that this review will help steer you away from these people. Go to a real doctor and get the help you need. I wish you all the best of luck, stay healthy and happy... but most importantly, stay away from Dr. Doshi. -Respectfully yours.
