I went back to the dentist that made the mistake immediately after Dr. Saba fixed it and he complimented Dr. Saba's work and called him a great dentist. The whole office staff made me feel absolutely comfortable - even though I kept making myself more anxious. The team of office staff and nurses are amazing! Dr. Cruz was so caring and comforting to me and made me feel at ease as she explained exactly every single step they were going to do and how I would feel and everything she would do to make sure I didn't feel anything and was completely satisfied with her surgery style. I have to admit Dr. Cruz is AMAZING! I am terrified of dentist and especially oral surgeons but if I needed any other work done I would pick Dr. Cruz over anyone else in the area! I actually did have a few issues with the implant due to a sinus infection I received after the implant but Dr. Cruz made sure she got me meds to take care of everything! Also, I have never been to a doctor that actually answers your phone calls or text within the same day- Dr. Cruz was on top of my questions via text - she responded within the hour if not sooner - every time I texted her with an issue!
