Her quality of care is very high She is young and I used to be skeptical about young docs. No not her! She is a smoking gun when it comes to treating her patient. She is very current with the modern medical science. Her compassion for non-insured patients is beyond compare. She gives discounts on cash patients, sometimes I wondered how does she survive if she charges so low. For Dr. Tran it is not all about making money but making sure her patient is well at all or no cost. She is awesome and I highly recommend her. She also does same day appointments. Her front office and back office staff: changing at times. She always had a new assistant everytime I saw her but this did not change in my medical care. Check her out. You will not regret it.

It's never really the providers fault, but the structure they're a part of that leads to overwhelmed staff and appointments so short serious issues or diving into someone's symptoms end up undiagnosed for years and you're in the hospital. I've only been here a couple of times and the experience left much to be desired. A first patient appointment bills more than 400$ to your insurance for 10 minutes or less of face to face time. Not only highway robbery, but not close to enough time to feel comfortable with a provider to discuss your concerns or issues. I have had some more serious concerns to share and they were not addressed during the very first appointment, it was more of an in and out the door ASAP experience, with unhelpful and irritable front desk staff to top it off. Overall, I recommend seeing primary care elsewhere, a private practice if you can ever find one, and supplement with a naturopath to focus on your functional health and aiming for peak energy vs only receiving care when you finally reach a chronic disease. Every appointment I've had with mine has been a full hour with a range of holistic health focus, from mental, to physical, to sleep. That's how healthcare should be.

The first thing I noticed upon checking in is there is little/no concern for privacy at the front desk. There were 6-7 people within earshot when I was asked for my personal information. When I made mention of this I was met with an exasperated eye roll but she did take my ID and gave me something to write on for my SS number. I walked in just after 8am on a Friday morning. I was called back around 8:40. The MA who assisted was kind and empathetic. Then, I had to wait for test results which also came very quickly, which the doctor explained while sending my rx to the pharmacy. After all was said and done, I was there for about 1.25 hours, was treated with care, and was sent home with what I needed. A-ok.

But Providence and especially this Scholls Facility has delivered constant quality care for me and my family. Worse customer service ever…read more I had an appointment at 10:30 for over a month, on my way to the clinic from the other side of town I received a notification that my appointment was canceled when I was just arriving early to my appointment. The person in reception told me I was wrong and there was nothing she could do. My appointment was setup by her initially and she said 10:30 and I wrote it down in front of her 6 weeks before. Worse customer service. Won't return here. I was no more than 15 minutes late if it was at 9:30. I drove over an hour and I explained this to the receptionist. Nothing matters to this person. What a lack of empathy and willingness to serve the community. I would suggest this person finds a better more suitable job. And by the way my appointment was at 10:30

This Dr., is not someone I would recommend…read more I waited approximately three years, because I was waiting for the DVT in my leg that he proclaimed cured (without benefit of an additional ultrasound mind you) to go away. I've been under the care of a specialist now for several years. We are working on it but, alas, it is still there. This Dr, did not seem sure what to do in any instance I presented to him. When he was not in, I saw his colleagues which were not much better. I'd like to find something redeeming about this Dr., but I'm sorry don't put yourself through something like this. He's a nice guy and he'll tell you you're too fat but compared to him we all are. Proceed with caution.

At age 83, that I am able to walk without assistance is in large part a testament to the excellent care he has given me. I also want to give a shout out to his excellent office team. They are the warmest, most caring and efficient group in any doctor's office. I love this group.

On my first appointment I was asked to upload all of my labs for her to go over and discuss on my next visit. I collected them all and got them uploaded right away. When I arrived for my 2nd visit (Jan 21st) she hadn't looked at them. I am a complex case with some pretty wild labs so it does take someone that wants to really dig in help figure me out. The primary issue is my wild hormones, she had some ideas but said she needed to research the correct formulation before suggesting something that may help. She said she would email me the supplement to get, that never came. On January 30th I sent an email letting her know that I didn't receive anything and let her know that the symptoms were getting worse and I was hoping to get the supplement recommendation, no reply. I have my follow up appointment in a few weeks to go over how the supplement that I've never taken is going so I canceled that. My general feeling is that Dr. Tennant isn't a very warm Doctor and I was ok with that but was really hoping she would take the time to dig in to help me, she didn't.

I told him, according to the previous ND i went for free consultation said that I need to consume a bunch of different stuff a week before the taking food sensitivity test otherwise the results won't show whether she is sensitive to the food or not. Dr. K said otherwise. After my daughter took the test, sure enough the only food that shows the results was the food that she eats regularly. Very disappointed. We were not able to identify what food she was sensitive to. Base on this experienced, me and my husband decided not to see him anymore for lack of this knowledge and not sure if he was able to treat my daughter.
