First time using studio 94. Not by choice. But bc that's who my kids high school contracted with…read more My kid just had freshman photos done and they took quite a few photos. Assuming we would be able to pick out of the photos taken. Wrong. Emails were sent and we have just one photo. One. Why even take more than one photo if we don't even get to choose from them? When my kids were in elementary and middle school, we always had a chance to pick through at least 4-5 diff options. Then that photo would be the one chosen for their yearbook. It's worked the last 9 years. I don't understand why it's any different for high school. Their order website is so sensitive and finicky too.Every time I click outside the photo it blanks out and you have to keep refreshing to "return to site". Another heads up, you have no choice but to pay for shipping. Other companies allow you to ship to the school then distribute. No, you have to pay $9 or $30 for next day shipping. At least give us the option to pick up at your local office or the high school office. You're a local business ....

Went in to take senior photos, had a confirmation picture showing i had the booking, they said i…read morewasn't scheduled, told me i still had to pay even though payment info was inputted, said they called and emailed multiple times, not one call or email was done, they said someone else has gotten the time i booked and said that i have to rebook in January, i said okay, then they email me the next day saying i booked twice and never showed up the day before, and that i had paid online but they still made me pay when i had gone in, and prior to that i told them i couldn't go in the next day because i work, and they gave the day when i was supposed to take my pictures to someone else. Everyone there didn't know what they were doing, it was a bunch of highschool graduates everyone was rude and disrespectful to the people i brought with me. Then went in couple days later for my girlfriends photos completely different treatment, they let her look at her photos zoomed in and everything, they rushed me completely, when they took her pictures for her yearbook picture they told her ways to look smile everything, they told me just sit there and smile. Wouldn't come here ever again, ran by children. If i could give a 0 I would.
