We didn't think too much of it because 3 weeks earlier the bus didn't arrive until 1:15/1:20am...also scheduled to board at 12:50am and leave at 1:10am. Imagine our disgust as 1:10am, 1:20am, and 1:30am rolls around and there is still no bus!?! Finally, at 1:40am we leave. Now the family member can't take care of scheduled business in the destination city, and likely won't be able to get a refund. This is such a poorly run company, how it can stay in business this long is a sad commentary on the b.s. consumers have to put up with. No bus, no notification or a cancelation, no ability to track the bus, no ability to speak with an actual human being for assistance....greyhound has got to be one of the worst companies I've ever encountered. I feel horrible for commuters that have to rely on such inept service and professionalism. Do better, greyhound!

Driver in Cab #8 was going at least 65 mph. I will never be setting foot in a Jowan Taxi Cab due to this kind of behavior
