The guy who is in charge is great and friendly at all times However lately it has been hit or miss at the start of the car wash with the employees. When they start at the entrance there is one at each side spraying and scrubbing, some due a phenomenal job, while other do a half ass job. I would not complain if it doesn't make a difference but it does. After you go through the car wash you can tell what spots were missed. Overall they are still my go to and have great monthly plans. Try them out...... you won't be disappointed.....ok.....maybe just a lil bit once in a while.

When I pulled up, an attendant immediately asked for my credit card to scan on an iPad, while another pushed me about signing up for a membership. I told them I wasn't comfortable handing over my card and asked if the payment machine worked--they said yes. So I used the machine as I preferred. After I paid, the attendant refused to open the gate, saying he was busy and would "get to me in a second." I waited 10 minutes, watching him assist only those agreeing to memberships and letting them skip the line. The rest of us--who declined--were left sitting and waiting. Eventually, I got fed up and asked to be let out of the line. I left without the wash I paid for, and no refund was offered. I later realized this seems to be a pattern at this location--pressure customers into handing over their card for a "discount" and steer them toward memberships. If you decline, they delay or deny service. I called Zips customer service, and while they said a manager would call back, no one ever did. This kind of behavior is predatory and unprofessional. Forcing people to hand over cards, delaying service for those who don't comply, and refusing refunds is a terrible way to run a business. It also raises serious concerns about credit card security and identity theft. Avoid this place. You've been warned. Please read the reviews below. This place will scam you. Do not just take my word, look at the people here, who were scammed and lied to. This is the place who wants you to trust them with your credit card to scan on an ipad.

I prefer the places that have the free vacuum option but they all use brushes that could cause the lenses to get scratched. Monsoon Carwash is located off Lewisville-Clemmons road. It doesn't have a large entry so keep your eyes open or you might miss the driveway. The day I was there, it was clean and both stalls were working. You drive around to the back to enter the wash, pulling up to one of the entrances to select the option you want and pay. This time we paid for the $9 wash which was the least expensive option that included a drying option. The wash was good and I felt it got my car pretty clean. The dryer wasn't as good as other places like this because it is mounted in the machinery that also washes your car. The problem with that is that during the wash cycle the machinery gets pretty wet, then as it's trying to blow the water off your car it's still dripping water on it thus getting it wet again. I prefer the type of fans that are mounted at the exit of the wash. I came prepared with my own towels so I drove around to the rear to park near the vacuum station. I do wish there were more spaces in the back to park to dry your car. There are a couple in the front near the exit but there are no trash cans there and there is overspray from cars in the wash that mist on my clean car. Overall this is a good touch less option for getting your car washed but you will pay a couple dollars more for your wash if you want to utilize the dryer option.
