Upon my initial look over, I saw ideal picnic shelters, a small playground, and basketball hoops, and of course, a pristine view of the lake and a dock for further inspection (and Instagramming). It isn't a big lake by any means, but the trails around it provide a good shaded hike that are also mildly challenging--my Fitbit sent me a notification I hit 50 flights of stairs climbed from going from Bryant to Lone Lake and back. To be respectful of those whom registered, it would be courteous and mindful for her to have waitlisted guests warm up on other treadmills to allow a couple extra minutes for registered ones when parking is bad, etc. (e.g. after the seven minute warmup). the gym itself is wonderful and most instructors are more mindful and gracious. Those at the front always greet kindly and the location has some nice amenities. It is my favorite lifetime venue for its more intimate size.

Ken (coach) was able to quickly identify my level of play, my strengths and several weaknesses that were impacting my game. If I am able to focus on the drills and make improvement's in the areas we worked on, it's certainly going to have a positive impact on my game. My plan is to get additional lessons before heading to Mesa AZ for league play in the East Valley Senior Tennis Association. It's actually fun to get Quality coaching.

He went to return them and apparently missed the 15 day window for returns (he thought it was 30) but also they said they wouldn't take them back anyway because they were defective!
