    The (South) Burlington store is always spotless and so well organized…read more All of the employees there are always courteous and very helpful to answer any questions I have. I haven''t been there for a while and got a 25% off one item coupon that was only good for 5 days before it expired. The one item I wanted, sure enough not in stock. I made another 10 mile round trip the last day the coupon was good and still out of stock. About 10 days later, I got another 25% coupon valid for about 5 days before it expired. I went on line the last day my coupon was valid and the Burlington store had shown the item I wanted was back in stock! Made another trip to the store the same day, only to find out, wrong, it was not in stock. 3 trips and 30+ miles of driving and I've come to realize that you can not trust the Harbor Freight web site for accuracy regarding in/out of stock. I contacted customer service online and they told me to ignore the stock status on the web page because it's often incorrect. The rep also suggested that I just use my 25% off one item coupon for something else instead. Righto! Suffice to say, why then show in or out of stock status on the web page at all and that was my last reply to online customer service. So 5 stars for the Burlington store and it's great employees and 3 stars for a really lousy system where there's an invitation to a customer to come back and buy at at 25% discount when that item is out of stock on an extended basis. =4 Stars average over-all. Home Depot has an equivalent product at a higher price, but, they are in stock with it routinely plus I get a standard Contractor discount there as well. Even the best deal is no deal at all, if the item isn't available to purchase.

    I recently called this store to see if they had a saw in stock. I was told there were two, which…read moremeant only one was available. I realized this is because one is used as a display in the store. I explained I would be traveling to the store from about an hour away and I hoped the saw was still there. Once I got to the store I checked and found the displayed saw but no others. I asked at the front of the store and I was told they had two on order and they would be arriving the next day. I told the two employees I had purposely called their store to make sure the item was in stock and I was told it was there so I traveled there just to get the saw. I really needed the saw and was irritated and told the employees thanks for nothing. I called the store employee who had told me the saw was in stock a moron and I walked out. One employee, a male, followed me outside and said something about returning to the store but I was unable to hear him and told him to do unto himself. I left the store, went to HD and bought their competitors saw. I am all done with the rudeness and terrible employees at Harbor Freight. I have unsubscribed emails and will no longer use their products.

    This has been a nightmare that won't end. I hope Yelp did not give anymore than one star…read more my last two refrigerators I purchased here we're not cheap. They were two to $3000 apiece and they've not lasted anymore than a year when I go to have the other refrigerator removed by the people who are delivering this refrigerator the delivery people refused to take it away. I was told that if I called got junk, they would reimburse it , it's been since July. And I'm not allowed to talk to the management staff here now simply because I reported them to the attorney generals office for fraud since I have had to be here so many times I'm still not been paid back for this, I have been in the store now. They have not done it STILL. The fact that they won't even hold up their end of the agreement. (we were told at every step we would be paid back for one 800 got junk now they're saying we think we should be paid back and they're saying that they didn't say we would be paid) this is exploitative. I can't go elsewhere because when they're appliances fail, they send you a gift card to Lowe's. I spoke to the corporate office many times each time not only was I told we would be paid back in an overnight check. I also would receive 40 and $50 gift certificates for my inconvenience. My inconvenience has yet to end. It's now October 5th this incident was in July. I have been there so many times this is insane and I am hell hostage by them. I can't go somewhere else because they sell me a useless appliance and then they give me a gift card to pay me back so I'm stuck.

In the meantime, while I was trying to get the attention of a service person, another Lowes employee came up and essentially budded in line in front of me. Unacceptable. I've never met a more surly employee at any kind of store, and I especially didn't expect it at Lowes. What's the matter with this place now??

I have purchased 3 Macs from Small Dog and am completely satisfied. But, the true test of a company is when something goes wrong. I ordered a brand new iMac and someone's fingers slipped and the wrong computer was shipped to me. The two machines were almost identical, but not quite. These things happen. I called my sales rep and he said: "My fault. We will overnight a new iMac to you." They did. It arrived 26 hours later. They also included a return label and UPS will pick up the wrong iMac this afternoon. This is great customer service.

Was told it could not be replaced because the battery life percentage wasn't less than 80%. Spent approximately 10 minutes going back and forth trying to get it replaced after advising the battery seemed defective and regardless if it was about 80% battery health (it was 86% battery health) I was still paying full price for the service and battery. Representative put more effort into trying to NOT fix my device than she would have if she would have just taken it and fixed it, per what was requested and paid for. Sad that this is the only authorized Apple Store in our small area. From what I have read on past reviews, the customer service is horrible. And my experience was the same. Save the headache, mail your stuff somewhere else for repairs/replacements.
