Supposed to open at 9am, had a huge line of folks waiting to get their day started, but they were still not renting carts as of 9:30am. I get "island time" is a thing, but when you are paying for a service (either by the hour or by the day) you only have so much time in a day to use that service. Fiddling around in the office and not helping customers nor even sticking your head out the door and letting them know what the delay is amounts to just pure laziness. We would not recommend this spot if you expect timely service or have a plan of things to do on the island and want to get started on time. Folks inside couldn't have cared less that we were there. We have use this company twice. They meet us across from the ferry.They ask for your ID to hold and you get it back when you drop off. Stop by the business every 3 days for gas no issues. We had a flat and they changed carts no questions asked. The second time we rented the cart broke down and they brought us a new one and had ours ready in two hours to pick up since it was decorated for the Halloween Golf Parade. We have only rented from here so can't compare with other companies. We go thru Julio Efrain Zapata Alvarado on FB messenger. He is very quick to respond if we have issues. We pick up and drop off at the same place across from the ferry. Pro Tip: Get cart 34 like in the picture. Fasted cart on the island!!!! Don't ask me how I know!!! read more
