Closest laundry to my hotel, the Gran Caribe. Rather than pay thousands and thousands of pesos doing 10 days of laundry at my hotel, I found a local lavanderia. ecolaundry washed, dried, and folded all of my clothes (about 10 pounds} for 110 pesos. That's just over $6 at the current rates. As I'm flying to New York for the weekend from Cancún, now I don't have to worry about getting my laundry done in the city. They offer a drop off service but it was almost as much as the laundry itself. Instead, I made the 15 minute walk back and took the bus back to my hotel with my clean clothes. 10.50 pesos for the bus for the win! read more

We had about a weeks worth of clothes we needed cleaned. It took two hours and it was washed and dried. It cost us about $20. Fast friendly service. Clothes came back folded and freshly bagged. read more

Great laundry service. Very fast. About $8 for 3 days worth of laundry so not the cheapest laundry but still cheaper than you'd find in America. I only rated them down one star because I was given a bikini bottom that wasn't mine and I was already on my way to the airport by the time I noticed. Excellent service!!! We stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel and the prices to wash one piece of clothing is like $6 American dollars! Thankfully my son found this place and we were able to do 2 full 50lb suitcases for 8 people for under $50 and they delivered it to our hotel (you night have to meet them at the hotel security check point) the soap they use might not be the best quality but they folded everything neatly and we had beach wear and clean clothes for the next part of our trip. read more

I really recommend this place! Super nice lady ready to help you. They charge you by the pound, which is way better than the hotel. We were charged $10 for a family of 5 and a weeks worth of clothes. We also gave her a nice tip for accommodating to our needs. The hotel would have charged us way more. read more

Perfect little spot,perfect little spot. It was cheap for 7lbs of clothes i paid under $11 with express wash and fold. i always like to wash all my clothes at the end of my trip.it was nice to have just dropped off went out to eat came back to pick up my laundry nice and folded. Easy drop off and pickup for a fraction of what the hotel was asking for. $10 USD for 1 week if clothing fir a family of 4, WORTH IT!!

Definitely beware of this place. There is a severe lack in time management, and they "lost" an expensive item, and claimed I never brought it in. I decided to come to this laundry as it had good reviews and was a 15 min walk from my hotel. The drop off went smoothly enough. The woman asked if I wanted to pickup at 3 or 4, and I said whatever would be easiest for her, so she said to come back at 4. They charge extra for towels, don't take credit cards, and add a fee for foreign currency. Okay! At 4, I came to pickup, and saw some of my wet clothes hanging on the side of the counter, and my wet "clean" sweatshirt lying on the floor by the door. When I walked in, she said come back at 4, and just then realized what time it was. Told me to come back in 30 mins. I waited outside til 4:30, and was told again to wait 10 more mins. By 5 o'clock I was finally walking out of there with still damp towels, only to find an item missing. The next day she claimed she didn't have it, and had kept my laundry together the whole time; an obvious lie, and suggested I never brought it in. It was on top of the basket when she weighed my clothes! She offered no solution except for me to just leave, offering a "not her problem " attitude. Ridiculous.. very unorganized and unprofessional. Use at your own risk! Unfortunately my hotel did not offer laundry service, as I'd have paid extra not to have my items come up missing. read more
