I am so grateful for this laundry service! We stayed in Cancún for about a week, and the apartment we rented didn't have a washer or dryer. With four people swimming in the ocean and pool, sightseeing every day, and enjoying our vacation, we quickly ended up with a mountain of dirty, not-so-fresh laundry. We used their service twice during our stay, and it was fantastic. They picked up our laundry and returned it the very same day, clean, fresh, and neatly folded. I honestly don't know what we would have done without them! The best part was that I didn't have to spend any of our vacation time doing family chores. And we were charged $90 dollars When I enquired about the price, she lied about the weight and said it was 20kg. Our laundry was collected around 1 pm and delivered around 7 pm the same day! Laundry Lagoon was very easy to communicate with via WhatsApp and let me know when the driver was arriving. I paid $40 for this lot of laundry, which filled a large laundry bag about 85% full. The $40 included pick up and delivery. They happily accepted $USD. I would use them again! read more

I just met with her this morning and handed her all our laundry and came back all clean, folded and ironed and smelling so good. It only costed me 500 pesos/26US$. My daughter is germaphobic and will wear a pajama a night, change clothes 3 times a day. Maria was so nice and prompt. This is her number I highly recommend her. She deserves more than 5 star. The owner is very rude and the hours of operation are not as posted. Been trying to get my clothes for hours when I finally made contact the owner was rushing me and took back my clothes and told me to return an hour later after I had already come twice for my clothing. They are also very expensive. read more

Came back for laundry and it was closed. Owner said she'd get us our laundry at 5. Paid double for express. Next door neighbor said she left before 5 and closed up shop. Came the next day cuz she said she was open in the morning and she was closed up then too. I had to leave because my flight was leaving so my friend stayed to pick up the clothes 2 days after she said she'd get it to us. read more

Great service ! Was in Cancun for a week and wanted my clothes washed. The hotel charges you so much and wouldn't have it ready same day. The lady was so nice and it feels good to support a small business. For two bags of clothes approximately 20items it was 13 dollars. She picked it up at 10am and returned it at 5pm the same day ! I had made arrangements to have my laundry ready at 5pm same day; I brought my laundry right when they opened. When I returned it was closed; I had the front desk lady call the laundry owner and she said she let her helper go for the day because he had nothing to do. No, i needed my laundry when promised. The owner said she would come the next day. No I needed my laundry when promised. So the owner came out and gave me my laundry which made me late for my dinner reservation at 630pm. I was livid that the customer service i recieved was horrible. THe reviews from others gave her great reviews but my experience was not a good one. read more

Maria and the family do an amazing job and everything let alone cleaning your clothes. They pick up your stuff from your room and bring it back sometimes in hours and sometimes first thing next morning. My family and I have racked up a full load of laundry after only a few days in Cancun. The hotel we were staying at offers laundry service, but charges on a per item basis and takes 24hrs to return. I found " Laundry Lagoon" on Yelp and it happened to be right in the middle of several places we planned to be. The lady was very friendly, accommodating and the prices were very reasonable. Service was quick! Pick up was a few hours after drop off. Will definitely come back... probably in a couple days as my partners copious amounts of man sweat is causing our laundry to molder. read more

They offer laundry services as well as dry cleaning and probably much more. I know they are willing to deliver as this offer was made to me. Their turnaround times are faster than anywhere I've seen in the world (outside of laundering your own clothes). On one occasion I picked up my laundry only three hours after I dropped them off and they were all clean, fresh and folded. On Vacation for a week and need a few bags of laundry washed. It's amazing how fast you go through basic stuff on Vacay. I called Maria at Laundry Lagoon at 8:15am on Sunday morning and she agreed to pick up clothes at 9:00am from my hotel in Cancun. She texted me at 2:30pm to let me know they were ready to be returned. I met her back at 3:00. Everything was clean and neatly folded. It was only $11 for everything. I have her an extra $6 for tip since she was so prompt and accommodating. I would highly recommend if you need clothes washed and folded in Cancún.
