***Beware**** Beware****** STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN FROM THIS SCUMBAG DEALERSHIP. THEY SELL DAMAGED UNRELIABLE CARS AND WILL NOT ACCOMMODATE YOU AFTER YOU FIGURE OUT YOU HAVE BEEN SCAMMED! THEY SOLD ME A DAMAGED audi A7 that had a major Oil leak and when I called them the next Business day they did nothing about it, they told me to send emails about the problem, I never heard back from them and when I went back up there the Manager Matt said that they would do the right thing and at least pay half and when I called back 5 days later I was told that they were NOT going to reimburse me. Now I'm out of 8 Grand for engine repair and I've only drove the car once .

PATRIOT AUTO DEALS…read more This place has changed it's name to avoid the bad rep it already created for itself! Do not buy from this crap hole! Talked to the dealer through email about a Honda Odyssey. The dealer was quite far away from me, so I asked them if they could take a good run through of the van and send me any photos of any dings, dents, scratches, ***misaligned body panels***, etc... He told me the van was in ****Excellent Condition**** and the only damange there was, was just a scratch on the front left fender. Drove my 8 month pregnant wife and sister to come with me to purchase it because he said it was in excellent condition. Arrive bright and early just as I told them I would and of course the car was not ready and waiting. He brought the car and the tire pressure sensor was on, there was no window washer fluid, the gas light was on, and it was dirty. That wasn't the worst part. The car's rear bumper wasn't aligned, the front bumper and fender wasn't aligned, scratches EVERYWHERE, and there was no clear coat on the left rear quarter panel! I expected the van to have been a accident, but I did expect it to be fixed properly. The van had obviously been through hell and half assed back to life. The salesman David (doubt it was his name) said that all the odyssey's bumpers stuck out like that and that we were getting a great deal. He said my expectation were way too high for a used van. I explained to him that he listed the van in excellent condition and it was actually in fair to poor condition. Mechanically, I would say the van felt and sounded fine, but then again, if there was anything wrong with the engine or transmission, it was still under factory warranty. This dealer is total trash. I wished I googled the address rather then the new name. When you do a search for their new name, it won't come up with anything. I'm going to figure a way to make sure this crap hole reviews can be found when doing a search for it's new name PATRIOT AUTO DEALS.

We just received our extra key and plates for our new weekend car that we purchased from here. Let…read moreme start by saying this was a great experience. My fiancé found this car online and it was priced much lower than most car dealership prices. We checked the Carfax and the sales rep explained the history on the phone. Because of the detailed nature of the servicing of these cars we asked a lot of questions, but the sales rep Jason was very patient and understanding. When we went on to visit they treated us with respect and allowed us all the time we needed. They were very relaxed and stayed out of our way unless we had questions, it was like they were allowing us to be in control rather than pressuring us. We ended up agreeing on a price and we bought the car. So far we have taken it in to have our regular service done and we are pleased with it. No issues with the service or the car. My fiancé and I thank Jason and this company for their help and service. We will refer our friends and family to you guys.

Marcos sold me a car in May of 2021 that appeared to be good but as soon as I got it home in DC the…read morecheck engine light came on. After Audi of Bethesda Dealership did a $900 diagnostic because it's a Audi hybrid I was told the engine would have to be taken out and the timing chain would need to be replaced which is a $9000 repair. The warranty I bought through my credit union would not repair because I only had the car for a few days and it didn't have at least 500 miles on it. Resultingly the credit union returned my $3000 I paid for the warranty. I reached out to Marcos and wanted to return the car to but he would not take it back. I guess that what I get for paying for the car outright. Marcos owns an electric car which he mentioned to me and that he is saavy with reprogramming computers in cars. Thus, I believe he tinkered with this vehicle computer to get it sold before the engine light came on. Marco referred me to an "Audi Specialist" in Manassas who gave me false information about the car but not before he sqeezed me out of $1200 in repairs. He claimed he fixed the problem and turned off the check engine light so I could drive it the 500 miles for a warranty to fix the problem. BIG FAT LIE!!! Once I got a warranty with Car Shield and the 500 or so miles, I took it to the dealer again and got the same diagnostic. I contacted Car Shield after I put it back in Audi of Arlington and they came in with a forensic engine specialist that put cameras through the engine to prove they were not responsible for the issue. According to the computer it was able to provide a freeze frame of the actual time and date of the original check engine light after I got the car and of course it was before Car Shield warranty was obtained. I was stuck with a car that needed fixing so I took it to another Audi repair shop in Pasadena, Md that offered to fix it for $3600. That did not happen!! He made so many excuses such as my dog died, Covid issues, parts stuck on ships in the ocean from Germany, blah blah blah. The car left his shop worse than it came in. To sum it the horrible experience Marcos sold me a lemon and I would never do business with him again.....The saga continues. please see Criswell Audi of Annapolis and Paul's Automotive for the remainder of this dumpster fire of a story.....

Nothing but great prices and even better service. I found exactly what I wanted with no hassle!…read moreMarcos and the team are professionals in this business. Keep up the good work!

BUYER BEWARE! Do yourself a favor and filter the reviews to allow yourself to read the lowest rated…read morereviews FIRST, because those are the most accurate and those are what you need to read. Once you bypass the FAKE positive reviews, you'll see two common themes with this dealership: 1) they are fraudulent crooks and 2) the cars they sell are literal pieces of junk. This, along with poor and extremely unprofessional communication are unfortunately what our family had to suffer through when we made the horrible decision of purchasing a vehicle with Patriot Auto Group. We purchased a car in June and here we are in October, we are STILL dealing with issues because of their fraud. Particularly with their inability to furnish a legitimate title. Not only were we stuck with a vehicle that even after repairs, will barely get us another 6 months if we are lucky, but now we face further issues without being able to register this piece of garbage properly because they are super shady. The only time these guys did anything was because we filed complaints with the MVDB and they got scared about their dealership grade being affected. And it was the literal bare minimum just to get us to move on. Whatever nonsense response they give to this review, i implore you to take with a grain of salt, because both owners and their receptionist are liars trying to cover their shady dealings. They should NOT be allowed to sell cars. I strongly encourage you to take the real reviews seriously, and move on to another dealership for a car because they will take advantage of you when they can and not care one bit how badly it affects your life/family/livelihood. They are horrible people. If you fell victim to these thieves, please do everyone a favor and file a complaint with the MVDB of Virginia https://mvdb.virginia.gov/filing-complaints/
